When I asked why my total was about $9 when the sign clearly listed the soft serve at around $3, both employees looked confused. I actually had to ask another customer in line to translate. She explained that one of the employees accidentally charged me twice and said they would refund one of the charges and that I should wait for my receipt. I waited, got my receipt, and it only showed that I had been charged twice, there was no refund. Not once did anyone apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience. Now I have to dispute a $3 charge with my bank because of their error. It's not even about the $3. It's the principle and the inconvenience. For my meals I chose what I wanted but again I wanted Variety so I went a little crazy at least now I know which meals I like from this place. OH- and I ordered Chocolate protein pancakes AND banana pancakes and only received the chocolate ones so I was a meal short. All in all place isn't terrible but needs some work on flavoring.
