I had packed up a bit of the house and their system doesn't have a way to give quoted for that. I appreciated having someone come out. They showed up on time and did a great packing things. Moving they loaded up everything and made sure they were careful with items. I had some heavy antique furniture that they made sure be careful with. Unloading they had me outside telling them where things went. They also laid down fabric to protect the floors. Overall it was a little pricey but worth the cost in getting my husband and I moved quickly.

The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.
