Only 80-85% of items fit on the truck. No shrink wrap, just some blankets and tape. We got a bunch of nicks and dings on the exposed wood items. We specifically requested wardrobe boxes twice but none were brought. After reaching out about these issues they offered to send another truck and crew but we'd have to pay for it. Also seemed expensive, about 50% more than our last move. Plus, now I have rent a uHaul and finish the job myself.

The pros of the move: short notice for move and they fit us in the schedule, they were on time and completed move in 1.5 hours. The cons of the move: expensive ($860 for 3 to load and unload one truck - 1.5 hours of work), even though website says No Hidden Fees, we were pushed to also add a tip for the workers even though already an expensive charge for very light work - no furniture, no packing, etc., just loading and unloading boxes. I should have asked ahead of time for a discount since the other services weren't involved, but I didn't . I cannot recommend this company because I feel I was very overcharged for the service they provided.

My parents moved out of their 4000 plus square foot house they had lived in for almost 40 years. They spent their life collecting art and antiques. Many of the items were difficult to move and very precious to them. The boys showed up, worked quickly and carefully asking pertinent questions and gave us confidence that they understood how to handle their pieces. The entire experience was beyond expectation. Their prices are very competitive and we've had nothing but good experiences. This AMAZING trio, including BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO pulled up their sleeves and went right to work and never stopped all day except to throw down a sandwich for lunch. It was 98° that day but nothing slowed them down. We were quite impressed. Besides just moving in/out, upon our request they moved a few pieces here and there until we were happy when the furniture fit. The trio was very courteous, efficient and kind. Their wittiness made the move much more pleasant and the day(s) seemed to go by faster. We consider BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO as assets to Ernies. They were definitely the "A" TEAM!!
