Had an appointment to have clear protective film installed on my motorcycle 10 am on a Saturday, mind you I made the appt. the day before, verifying time and date. Unfortunately, they did not show up or even call to let me know if anything had changed, left voicemail and did get a response back at noon to come back to get the work done, but by this time I was already back to Livermore. They lost my current and future business. It takes so little to have a happy customer, communication and service. Wonder if they realize all the folks we tell today with social media. I was contacted the next day to see if they could correct this, I accepted and we arranged for them to meet me at my home on a sunday morning for them to do the work. Jerson was professional and helped me create the template for the paint protection film to lay on the motorcycle gas tank properly. I went to them last week and asked them if they could do a proof for me. My husband went in and gave him a quote it was to high, so we went shopping around. We found someone to it for 200$ less. E-Mailed them 3 x to email me the proofs and they never did. Called them to ask them if they would drop the price a little since my husband liked the proofs.
