I was very disappointed but still let it slide hoping will get a better quality and reject it. There was another Model Y stock in Tesla Rocklin. CA. So they fixed my delivery day to May10th,2026. With the Mother's Day and my mom's birthday I told her gonna be bit late for that since I was scheduled to get the car. Two days prior, I sent message to Tesla Team from Stockton and Rocklin,CA. These are my exact message "Hello , Sorry to bother you. I am going to pick up vehicle on May 10th, Sunday. My humble request since I don't want to be disappointed picking up vehicle again. Can you please advise Rocklin, CA Tesla to check scratches, and other quality issues for me before delivering the car. Not anyone's fault. I just want to get the car and get out of there happy as a happy customer this time. Thank you They replied to me "Hello from Rocklin Delivery! Yes our detail team will make sure to inspect the vehicle inside and out. If there are any imperfections from the factory, we will make note of it and set an appointment for you to get them fixed! I had a promo code for 3 months of FSD. Stockton Tesla promised me with me with another 3 months of FSD while on first visit and on second visit another promise 3 months FSD from Rocklin, CA total 9 month but still not showing. Came home tried to open the glove box it open just a bit and look at underneath is vented trim under the glove box. went to Stockton Tesla, They put in reflector for me and scheduled for May27th. my car buying experience inn30 years, this is the worse. Sales people just ignore you. Worse then small local dealers. I have all the pictures of defective. If I ask them for manager to talk they simply text me back to schedule maintenance.
