I headed back to look at picture frames, browsed around, and even checked out the restroom, which was clean and well maintained. The store itself looked very organized and fully stocked. Wide product selection across the board frames, crafts, home décor everything was easy to find and well presented. Customer service stood out, and the overall experience was smooth. So a young lady came and opened a register but instead of taking customers from the line that was not moving she decided to take customers from the line that was. I am very patient by the way but there seemed to be confusion at the register, but I felt like it would be solved any minute now, so I stayed because I was next. So after 10 minutes I suggested she take customers from my line which means I should have been next. However, she ignored me. Manager was in the front and didn't even say anything. These workers need serious training. Al yssa, please do better to consider what your customers are explaining to you.

I was lucky enough to get a used sliding door for free and so I called Arthur and he said he would do it. Showed up the following day and started working on my door. Had the old door out in a short amount of time and the new one in. He re-did my stucco outside the door and also re-did the inside drywall and added a corner molding that gives its a nice look. Arthur and Seth did a great job, kept the area clean and paid attention to the details. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.
