Service was great, our sever was friendly and quick to deliver our food and carry out our orders correctly (my wife got the chicken burger modified for her needs and it was dead on). The chicken burger was really good as well. But I'll stick to the beef ;) The feel of the restaurant is that of a bar/restaurant, dim and cozy. Judi Smith was very helpful in helping me find the space that would work for my event. We had somebody who was helping us during the event and we had a lot fun. First off...food is my love language. I love sharing a meal with the ones I love so it was perfect! We showed up and they got our room ready and I started decorating. The food did take a while to come out after we ordered, but I suspect it was due to us having a large group. Plus it's a weekend. I did pre-order appetizers ahead of time. The fried pickles and chips and queso were keeping our bellies happy. I ordered the habanero bacon cheeseburger and OMG! It was worth the wait. Everyone and I'm not exaggerating enjoyed their meal. Sing us a song…read more... Went to Kalahari with a friend for the TPS annual meeting. After a long day, we decided to go to Redd's Piano Bar and Lounge for a drink and to enjoy some music. So much fun! Ordered a drink at the bar. They have mocktails that are not on the menu, so you have to ask. The hibiscus mocktail was so delicious and a deal at $4. My friend enjoyed her "grownup" hibiscus cocktail, too. So much fun to sing rounds of Piano Man, Sweet Caroline and Shout, that we came back the next day after another day of conferencing and closing down the adults only, Grotto Swim Bar, at the waterpark. Lose Yourself, the first time I've ever heard/sang a rap song at a piano bar. A great place to unwind after a long day of learning at Kalahari. Thanks for the music and the complimentary round of hibiscus mocktails on day 2. Can't wait to go back next year.

We went yesterday afternoon and its a really nice property with tons of space. They have a cool stage area, a playground, several tables near the bar with view of the tv and some open inside space next to cornhole. I want to say they had about 8 of other breweries beers on tap (real ale bock and Pinthouse Scorpion Disco are the two I remember) and then they also had cocktails and 2 of their own beers: an amber, and then what I got: the tangerine cream ale. I thought it was pretty good which was surprising as usually, new breweries take a bit to get things figured out. It would be a solid beer for a warm day. The bartender was friendly and they also had a bbq truck on site that smelled delicious but we didn't have time to check-out this time. The only negative I'd say is there is zero inside space with A/C, its all open air. That's not a dealbreaker for me but as its only going to get even hotter, I'm curious how it will impact their business.

They brew/distill everything on sight and I've been told there are sporadic tours, which I really want in on. Hopefully those start up again soon!
