    The delicious omelettes!
    Nicole W.

If you are looking for delicious home cooked meals then this is the place to come! The business is operated by a husband and wife team who do not sacrifice quality when it comes to food. Their omelettes are stuffed with the fillings of your choice and are huge! The bread is fresh and delicious and there is a selection of home baked goodies as well. The food is amazing and soooooo worth the drive! I will definitely be back.

Ambience was okay, I wanted something like a diner, but it was neither a diner nor a restaurant. The food felt like out of a can, tasted really bad. Nothing seemed fresh; from Alfredo sauce to humus to tofu, mushroom soup, chicken sandwich. Chicken and tofu felt rubbery, mushrooms soup was straight out of a can. Everything we ate felt like it was processed food. We really liked the mango and guava juice. I paid $106 including tips for 2 adults and 2 children under 8. I would not go back.

We went to Terry's one late Wednesday afternoon for wings for only $4.99/pound. They offered a good selection of breaded (only) wet & dry flavors. We chose Caesar Parmesan, Honey Garlic, Hotty-Yaki and Salt & Pepper. The S&P was light on spices and needed more,, the CP was very saucy and the other two were delicious. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet for that time as the restaurant was not very busy. The service, I.e. Henry, was very attentive. The four servings of wings came out to ~$20, what a deal!!! I strongly recommend this restaurant for afternoon and evening dining. It's a real bargain with delicious options on the menu.

Not only did it have so many different options of sauces to come with in which I got the salted maple syrup, but I loved the garnish of pickles and dill. It just provided an extra layer of crunch and texture with an explosion of flavor. I was pretty mesmerized by the Ukrainian breakfast plate as well because having a husband from Saskatoon means having pierogies and delicious sausages on our plates whenever we go back and this reminded me just to that. There are some other bowls and bennies pictured which all were amazing for my friends and husband. This place was bumping and packed by the time we left and service was phenomenal. They have a large parking lot and it's really close to the farmers market so could prove to be a great brunch spot and then opportunity to walk it off after. Finally, the space was very airy and bright but cosy with the wooden beams. The space is decently big and has an outdoor space in which many folks were sitting out there the day we went, though I imagine as winter settles in and perhaps brunch season picks up you will be expecting quite the wait if you didn't make a reservation... To be honest, I think a few people did have to when we were there and I'm sure that's the norm because this place is phenomenal.

My BF and I shared and Korean Pork Belly breakfast bowl and it was fantastic! Kimchi (not too spicy), smashed potatoes, fresh spinach and poached eggs with this amazing hollandaise-style sauce..... soooo unique and yummy! We ordered an extra side of pork belly so we didn't fight over it - highly recommend. We also tried their mango and peach mimosas - light and lovely! The service was exceptional - from the hostess to our waitress everyone was welcoming, super friendly and excellent at what they do. We will be back on our next ski trip, for sure!

It has a great theme with the wooden spoons everywhere, cool old tin panels in the ceiling as well as the burlap bags. You order at the counter, pay and get your numbered wooden spoons which you place in a glass milk carton at the table you choose while awaiting your food. There is plenty of brick inside the restaurant which is always something I like. The woman who took or order said that the owner had bought the place behind them and they were blowing out the wall in between the two establishments so the kitchen can service two places. Sounds good right? The problem we had was that the breakfasts we got were not hot, I mean barely warm. My sunny up eggs were barely done, still alot of clear in the whites. My two halves of toast were put together, butter to butter. The second pieces together for my entire meal I was going to put marmalade on after I had finished all but them. The butter had not even melted into the toast, it was still whole butter. Everything tasted quite good, but it has to be hot. We would certainly return, but it fell just short of the mark. Too bad!

He got the Tiger Spiced Chai, and I got the Honey Nut Latte. I will say my latte could have used a bit more flavor - it was a little bitter, but that could just be their bean blend. It was still pretty good though. Prices were also good! The atmosphere is very nice with the blend of rustic touch and modern features. Loved all the spoon decor.
