He helped move my truck to service when the transmission went and the service center said I was not able to use their roadside anymore due to basic warranty being expired. He was super friendly, gave me an ETA and let me know when he was 10 minutes out, and got the truck to the destination in one piece. He even taught us how to put it in neutral when it wasn't letting us change gears. Great guy and top notch service.

The biggest area for improvement is organization and pricing transparency. I would have expected a clear breakdown of parts, labor, and other charges upfront, but instead it felt like the final price was being worked out as the conversation progressed. The invoice was also provided as a handwritten receipt rather than a detailed computer-generated itemization, which made it more difficult to understand exactly what I was paying for. One thing this business does have going for it is its large selection of wheels in different styles and sizes. This was something I was unable to find at Les Schwab, and it was ultimately the main reason I chose to purchase here. Overall, the experience was average. The staff was friendly, and the selection was impressive, but the pricing and lack of transparency left me with mixed feelings. I don't regret the purchase, but I will likely shop around more aggressively before returning in the future.

When I came back, my service was delayed until the very end while other customers--who appeared to be friends or relatives of the staff--were helped first. The lack of a first-come, first-served system was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for services, only for purchasing tires. Save your time and dont come here.

Mike listened to what I was looking for, took my requests seriously, and quickly delivered the used truck that was perfect for my needs. It has been two years, and the truck hasn't failed me. After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it. Thank you, Mike. You kept your word.
