Jamal arrived in a reasonable amount of time to rescue me when my car broke down with engine issues. He communicated really well throughout the towing process and did a good job loading onto and unloading my car off the tow truck. He was super nice and friendly and went out of his way to get me to where I wanted to go and not leave me stranded. Price was reasonable too. Thanks for the wonderful service, Jamal! read more

007 (John) was amazing to work with. Communication was excellent so I wasn't waiting for him for very long. Even tried his hand at getting the car to stay running, which she declined like any stubborn old girl. Secured her down, and followed all the laws of the road during the 49 mile trip. Even topped off the battery once we got to the auto shop. If I ever need another tow (fingers crossed I don't) I will not hesitate to call on 007 (John) again. read more

Tow Truck driver John Wilson is the best! On the way to my location he stayed connected with me and gave me updates on his ETA. When he arrived, he knew exactly what he needed to do to get my vehicle loaded without causing any further damage. He was genuinely concerned about my situation and assured me that he would get my truck transported and to my home the soonest. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous. A Better Towing provided the best service Great job John, AKA "007" Thanks. read more

I needed a flat tire fixed while stuck on I5. The technician who came out was very friendly. Mid way thru him putting my spare on he discovered he used the wrong lug nuts. He assured me it was fine to drive home but advised me to drive very slow. I'm a single mother with 2 children and was stuck on the side of the freeway, I trusted what this technician said. The very next day I took my car in to have the flat repaired. The shop that was going to do the repairs said whomever changed my flat damaged my wheel. I had no car as the repair shop advised me to contact the tow company because they'd need to pay for the repairs. I contacted A Better Towing and shared with them the information on damages and I let them know I needed a rental car. I spoke with Scott. I never received any phone calls back, I had to hound these people. No one had answers and I never got a rental. I was without a car for 2 weeks. This company is terrible, no communication and they do not care about their customers. read more

Communicated well. Picked up quickly and the driver Frank was knowledgeable about cars and city streets

A Better Tow definitely does not live up to its name. Unfortunately I had no choice over which tow company to use because Honda called this company to tow my vehicle under warranty. John was my driver and I found him to be very unprofessional. Instead of focusing on the job at hand and getting my vehicle to the dealer in the timely manner, he was preaching on and on about his book, religion, racist ideologies, and other topics that are inappropriate in a professional setting. He was also asking personal questions of me and my friend "for his book". I'm convinced that a certain type of predatory person takes jobs like this so they can hold you hostage forcing you to listen to whatever BS, when all you want is to get your car towed in one piece. I also made it clear the car was not drivable, but John insisted on driving it onto the truck bed instead of pulling it up with the chain and insisted he knew what the problem was. He did not in fact know what the problem was because the dealership diagnosed the car with a catastrophic engine failure and replaced the entire engine assembly. I hope A Better Tow has a conversation with John about keeping his conversations respectful and professional and do the job he's getting paid to do instead of wasting everyone's time. It's clear this guy does not have respect for other people and think he knows everything. A Better Tow should watch out, because it's very likely this guy will damage someone else's car or pursue a lawsuit against this company for his behavior. read more

**This company is NOT BBB accredited BEWARE**Negative a million stars if I could-Steer very clear of this company. They held my vehicle hostage for 2 days and provided inaccurate information and were dishonest and rude. I had my vehicle towed via my roadside assistance program through Mercedes early in a Sunday morning, dealership was closed so they placed it in their storage. next morning contacted the company spoke with "Misty" at 0800. she told me my vehicle had been scheduled to be towed to the dealership within the next 3 hours. I have gps/lojack installed on my vehicle so I see exact location of my car in real time. vehicle never moved. I called "Misty" again and she told me whoops sorry your insurance needs to pay us before we can release your car. never was that explained to me. I proceeded to call Mercedes roadside assistance again and they contacted them and were dishonest telling them it was going to be delivered within 2-3 hours again and they never did. I called back a better towing company to speak with misty was told she wasn't available left a message she never called me back. I called again and a woman with a strong accent very hard to understand on the phone told me all drivers were "busy" and it going to be a while before they get to it. All the time I'm being updated by Mercedes telling me they were told by the company my vehicle was already in route. Totally dishonest!! Worst experience ever just to get my vehicle to the dealership. Each time I tried to call, I was repeatedly dismissed and given lies of information. Even now still looking at my vehicle location, still sitting in the storage lot as of 11:15am Already on day 3 Tuesday morning. Company told Mercedes and myself car is enroute. I will be reporting to BBB for being dishonest. I also reported them to their third party. STAY AWAY from this company and save yourself money and stress! read more

My car died due to an alternator, called my insurance who got me in touch with Frank at A better Towing. Frank called with professionalism and concern that I was stranded on the highway, I was not. However Frank showed up punctual and took care in loading my vehicle onto the flatbed. read more

Following an unfortunate series of events, I couldn't have been luckier to have A Better Towing come to my rescue! John 007's positive energy, knowledge, and professionalism put me at ease immediately and I knew I was in good hands. Top that off with some fascinating conversations and the dumb-fu@&ery of my situation gave way to a surprisingly pleasant experience! You were smart to snatch him up, Better Towing! read more

I was unfortunate in the sense that I needed a towing company, but fortunate in the sense that AAA dispatched A Better Towing Co for the job. I appreciate the knowledge, efficiency and respectful manner in which the driver, Josiah, handled our 2008 Dodge Ram 4WD truck, myself, and our Doberman Pinscher to insure all 3 of us got home safe in the midst of rush hour traffic 30+ miles from home. Typically, if you need a tow truck you are probably not having a good day. Josiah was professional, sensitive to our our misfortune and both compassionate, capable, and competent of insuring the safe transport of all 3 of his wards. I am grateful. Thank you read more

Frank was wonderful! Our truck battery was dead, we had no way to charge or jump it. We called our insurance co, they sent out roadside assistance, Frank from A Better Towing Co. He was professional and knew his way around our truck. In a short time, our truck was idling in the driveway. We did need to get a new battery as the old one was pre-2015... LOL! Thank you, Frank for all your help! read more

David helped me tow my car in no time and did an excellent job. Thanks so much David!

My car wouldn't start so I arranged for a tow through my insurance to my garage of choice. Service was dispatched quickly and Frank called to give me an ETA. Once he got here, he tried jump starting my car to see if I had a dead battery, which unfortunately it wasn't. He proceeded to get my car on his truck in a quick but careful manner, double checked the address of where it needed to go, then was on his way. I would definitely use this company again if I need a tow! read more

I just received 2 stellar back to back towing services from this company. From bringing my rig home from the side of a highway to home; and bringing my other rig from home to the mechanic. Frank and John "007" have been a wonderful beacon of relief in the midst of stressing out about my means of transportation. From a glorious smile to cracking jokes while being informative and professional about your vehicle. John who brought my car to the shop, called me when it was dropped off and left the keys in the drop box for the staff so I didn't have to come with him. Giving me one less thing to worry about. Thank you to Frank and John for helping me smile when things sucked. Thank you Better towing for sending out great people. I will definitely be calling you guys first when I need help. read more

My daughter was stranded east of White Pass en route to Chehalis. 30 minutes of frustration with insurance calls by her. Her car would be going to Chehalis Auto, who referred us to "A Better Towing Company"...Saturday night, after hours and Nathan leaves right away without fully solving the insurance aspect on the two hour trip one way! An hour into his trip, he gets a call from me saying problem might be solved. He says he will not charge since a service was not rendered BUT even offers to wait and follow us home when we get to Glenoma! Wow! That is service, honor, professionalism and literally going the extra mile! Plus, I would have been able to ride with him in this COVID era, so I was able to send my daughter on her way in my rig while I waited for the tow. -stan read more

We had to get our 2012 Chevy Tahoe towed from Centralia to Seattle. Our driver was Ahmed A. I have to say he had the best customer service, very friendly, very nice and just helpful with everything. Worst company ever. They broke my friends rotar trying to get the tire off and are refusing to pay for the damages. Used my USAA roadside assistance, the first tow company they dispatched said 90 minutes, 2 hours later they said 34 minutes, 34 minutes later they said 32 minutes. Cancelled them and got a new dispatch-A better towing was sent. They said 90 minutes, within that time I got a call from the driver, John, said he would be there in 22 minutes, and he was. He was professional, friendly, and pointed out other issues with my car. He called once he dropped off my car to let me know it arrived safely at the dealer. I highly recommend A Better Towing and 007-John W for any towing needs. read more

Frank M was a God-sent today!! I used my AAA to get a tow and another company showed up to tow my car, but basically refused, saying his truck was too long and there was no way he could get my car out. So he left. AAA tried for HOURS to get a smaller tow truck to me and I was up against a deadline that was going to have serious ramifications if I didn't make it. FRANK M TO THE RESCUE!!!!! Not only was his truck the same size of the other guys, he still had enough room for traffic to pass the front of his truck! He had my car on the flatbed in less than 10minutes and I made my deadline!! He was courteous, understanding, professional, and a joy to work with! He was also rightly pissed off that the first guy refused the tow, calling them "lazy" and "worthless". I agree!! I have had AAA since I was 16yo and now no matter where I am, I will ask for Station 375 and if Frank M is working, I will wait til he's available. Thank you for being my knight in shining armor today, Frank!! You rock!! read more

Joe was fantastic: smart, friendly, fast, knew exactly what he was doing. Our car's computer brain immobilized the car's function, but Joe creatively figured out how to get it into neutral (quite the trick) and then (in a very tight space that didn't allow for good alignment between the tow truck and the car) made pivots, shifts and adjustments to get the car to load perfectly straight. Thanks for the show Joe! read more
