When I called they said bring the plant to the shop (keep it outside though, to contain exposure). So I did. They gave a full refund and even sent me home with a little bag of powder to keep all of my other plants healthy if they came down with spider mites (which thankfully none did). Great service. Super great with plant information AND they just opened a whole new section of their store up!! For inside plants!! Beautiful, large plants. All well potted and kept well. Highly recommend. All of the plants I have bought from them have done beautifully. (Picture below are two plants purchased from them, neon Pothos and String of Bananas. Both extremely happy, healthy plants!) For those wondering, they also have a wide variety of other supplies. Fertilizers, trimmers, garden decor, soil, outdoor garden plants and small fruit trees. Not including many other supplies and products needed for gardening or plant lovers. Definitely drop by sometime for your plant/gardening needs!
