Eduardo and his crew walk on water! Eduardo came highly recommended from another business owner and he and his employees are more than we ever could have imagined and more!! We have lived in our home since 1986 in the Phoenix Field, Fair Oaks area and have a built- in lap pool: 34' long by 12' wide. My late Dad was an architect for many years and he designed our backyard when we purchased our home brand new in 1986. Over the years, our Rollingwood area has grown with lots of trees and shrubbery. We noticed that the roots from the surrounding neighbors large trees have made our pool deck separate from the pool itself in numerous spots ....up to almost 2" tall. We also observed that we were losing up to 4" of pool water daily no matter what month it was during the year. The drainage issues were not working properly either. On another side of our yard, our big 60' redwood trees were up-lifting the concrete slab where we have our BBQ. Our backyard that we always enjoy was turning into a nightmare overnight! Fast forward, we called Eduardo and he came out to our home immediately within a couple of hours. He took a look, gave us a fair estimate, and told us he could begin the project within just a few days!! Eduardo is a man of his word, he is polite, he speaks English and Spanish perfectly, he is a very hard worker with his crew, he is humorous and shows up on time. He answered his phone and text msgs if we had questions beforehand or even after hours. Eduardo and his crew jackhammered up several areas of our pool deck and found huge roots that were the source of the problems. They found pipes that were old, rotting, and replaced everything. Now, our pool deck and drainage is BETTER than we've ever had and it stood the test of time last weekend with the huge rainfalls over the course of many days and 70+mph winds. We loved his work so much that my husband had him install a pool water level auto-fill which keeps the pool water level consistent 24/7. While Eduardo was here, we also asked him if he could jack hammer and replace our walkway leading up from the street to our front door. He made the extra time to accommodate us and suggested that we choose the concrete "stamped" pattern to dress up the look. WOW!! It looks amazing! I also want to add that Eduardo follows up with his completed work and via phone calls to make sure that we are happy and to ask if there's anything else that he can do for us. He and his crew are TOP NOTCH, they are professional hard workers, courteous, dependable, and reliable. He and his guys will give you 1,000% every time. If he says he will be at your home at 9:00AM.....he will show up at 8:30AM. It's unbelievable to find someone that cares so much about the work that he is doing for you. He also is very fair with his pricing. We have a rectangular lap pool that we put in many years ago. My Dad is an architect and he designed our backyard and pool for our competitive swimmers. Over the years, unfortunately, the neighbors trees and bushes started to raise and separate the pool deck underground from the pool itself. We had a 4" large gap! Eduardo and his crew jack hammered up a large portion of our pool deck, cut out the huge roots underground, and poured a new pool deck for us. They also installed a new skimmer and worked seamlessly until done. The job looks impeccable! I wish that all of you could see it! It was so amazing and while they were here, we asked Eduardo if he could do more! We had him install a new drain by our outside shower and pour another section of the same texture of concrete like our pool deck under our Traeger smoker. We also had his crew tear up and jack hammer our long, front entryway at the front of our house. They poured new concrete and stamped it. WOW!! They also replaced our outside lighting in our front and back yards with new low voltage lighting and string lights. This included 2 new transformers. Holy smokes! Our home...front and back..looks like a resort and we have received so many compliments from our friends, neighbors, and 3 grown kids. Eduardo and his crew do EVERYTHING....electrical, plumbing, pool construction, and more. He is a wonderful, good person who will give you his ALL and his follow-up with you is incredible. We had a new pool heater and triple waterfall wall added to our pool. This necessitated breaking up 94 ft of concrete and digging a 94 ft trench. One day they worked til 8pm, under a patio umbrella to keep digging in the rain to finish on time. They still had a 2 hour drive home afterward. Eduardo added an extra pvc pipe to the trench for any future electrical line replacement. The triple waterfall is absolutely stunning, finished with split-face Travertine. They took extreme care to build the wall exactly to my specs. Eduardo explained in detail how to run the heater and the waterfalls. And has followed up with phone calls to make sure everything is running properly. The quoted price was extremely reasonable and there were no surprises.
