Our last pool company stopped showing up, after trying to get in contact we saw on yelp they closed…read morethe business and by then our pool looked like a swamp. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! All in all, great service since even before starting service and could not be happier with the service since then. Looking forward to some warmer days to start jumping back in! Thanks again for getting us back to blue!

I was in full panic mode. My parents left me in charge of the pool while they were on vacation, and…read morethey were coming back the next 2-3 days... but somehow I turned it DARK GREEN. I tried everything I could think of Googling, buying random chemicals I could afford, and hoping for a miracle. I started calling pool services, but no one could come out in time or it was way out of my budget. A friend connected me with Charlie and Nam from Flawless Pool Service, and they were seriously a lifesaver. I explained my situation and that I didn't have much to spend, and instead of brushing me off, they actually cared and reassured me they could help. Nam was super knowledgeable and even tried to guide me through fixing it myself, but I quickly realized I was in over my head. The very next day, Charlie showed up ready to fix everything. He explained that adding too many chemicals can do more harm than good, and then he carefully rebalanced the entire pool. What really stood out to me is that he didn't just fix it and leave, he followed up the next morning to make sure it was clear. When I told him it looked good, he STILL came back himself just to double check and do a final clean. I don't know what I would've done without them. They worked within my budget, showed up fast, and went way above and beyond. Flawless Pool Service isn't just a pool company, they're literally lifesavers. They saved me from a huge disaster. Highly recommend!!!

I used Flawless for three years. They were more or less fine, though several times they didn't put…read morethe pool filter lid on properly, or didn't show up at all but claimed they had (then why was the filter basket full?). Their service is fine, but their professionalism is where they fall apart--they don't have any. But the kicker came today, when Mike called me. Now, I've moved out of the house and turned the account over to my ex-wife. Within 30 seconds of my answering the phone, Mike said, and I quote, "I think she's batsh*t insane or something." I immediately told him to f*ck off and hung up--we may be divorced, but that level of misogynistic BS is inappropriate even if I didn't still call her a friend. And he should have never called me in the first place--he knew I'd moved out and have nothing to do with the house anymore. Further, he claimed to her that he had told me "many times" that the filters needed replacing because "you have to replace them every three years." I last replaced them in May of 2022. From May 2025 to November 2025 he never said anything about it. ETA: interesting that Dave is worried about my review but only addresses the least important part. Also notice his scare quotes, denoting insulting attitude. What about the fact your men didn't properly lock the filter lid on on several different service dates? What about your employee's incredibly unprofessional phone call? And for the record, I'm not saying you missed a lot of days, but suction pressure isn't filling a filter basket to the brim. Pull the other one. You have mostly good reviews. You can handle a few bad ones, and until you admit to your employee's unprofessional behavior, I'm leaving this here.

Why do you insist on covering a lie with a lie…read more First, Why are most wood burning stoves not UL listed? There are several standards that wood burning stoves must meet. UL listing is not a required standard for stoves, so most manufacturers elect not to have that testing done.. The UL laboratories are a private nonprofit organization that some manufacturers elect to send their products too. This certification can be costly and because the certification is not necessary for wood stoves, most manufacturers do not submit their product to Underwriters Laboratories for approval. There are only three wood-burning stoves that are UL listed Second, the only certification needed is when you install a new wood stove and that requirement is a stove certified by the EPA Third, older wood stoves are grandfathered in and there is no fire code that exist that states that you must upgrade to a new wood-burning stove when you buy or sell. If you do change out the stove, then it must be upgraded to an EPA certified stove Finally, there are manufacturers data plates that are on wood stoves that show the minimum clearances from stove to combustible materials. This particular stove met all the minimum distance requirements to combustible materials. Yes, the fireplace surround was ugly, however it was a cement fiber board that is a non-combustible material. In addition, the stove flue was exposed for the first 5 feet and is of a triple wall design which has a higher heat value. So I stand by my claim that your inspections are fraudulent, froth with misinformation, with intent to upsell or some new products to the person's home that you inspect.
