Specifically the hot and tangy sauce. We arrived on a Friday night and there was surprisingly no wait for a party of 4. I love the theme of this restaurant. It is like an old car shop and the neon lights and half of a car on the wall is like nothing you can find in Muskegon. Our service is always topnotch here. The servers work together to make sure people are taken care of, even if they aren't in their section. It is so nice! Sometimes our server will be busy but no problem, another server notices your drink needs filled and just does it! Loooove that they are a true team. I ordered onion rings with their Cajun white sauce. You have to get this sauce to dip your onion rings in. It is phenomenal. It has a nice horseradish bite to it. I had the wings with their hot and tangy sauce and they were everything I hoped for and more. They are so crispy, juicy , and flavorful. My daughter had the wings with no bones and in the same sauce. She also had a side salad. My husband had the jalapeno burger, but requested the smaller version because he also had the ham and cheese slider sandwiches. He can't go to TSG without ordering them. I love this restaurant, the vibes, the service, and the food!

Several people had chili. All enjoyed it. The burgers were excellent. We also had the Texas Fries (chips). The food was great. The only issue I have was that it was quite expensive. I don't mind paying for good food. Others is the group said it wasn't worth it.

I appreciated my old fashioned (the bartender that night said she loved making them, and you could tell!), that the incredibly generous bartender *also* hooked me up with a huge skewer of olives when I jokingly told her I was too far from the ocean here in Michigan and my salt levels felt low (what a cute interaction!), and the banter at the bar from both her and the other customers seemed both organic and lively. If you're coming here for food and you're vegan... good luck. I ordered a basket of french fries and while they were abundant and moreish, they were also underseasoned (and I don't know for sure they were vegan).

We love the bar and the overall feel of the bar area. It's different than anything else in the area. We arrived around 8pm on Sunday, 10/27/24 and sat at the bar. Lisa took such good care of us. For starters I had the French soup and he had the Caesar - minus red onion. The soup was everything I wanted it to be. The croutons were sourdough and that was nice twist. The Caesar was different. It had tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion and Parmesan crisps. We both thought the dressing had a very strong anchovy flavor, more than any other dressing either of us have had. He said he would get it again, I would not. We split the Chicken Milanese and the kitchen was kind enough to put it on 2 plates! And they didn't charge us! We both really liked the pasta dish. The chicken was pan fried, the perfect crunch on the outside, well seasoned and the chicken was moist and tender. The pasta in lemon sauce was light and had delightful flavor. This was one of our best experiences at Walker's. It's always been good, but tonight was great.
