Imperial Marble & Granite is definitely the most premier supplier and fabricator in the area!…read moreBefore I found Imperial, I searched high and low, and was unable to find the calacatta marble I wanted. I was so grateful to learn of Imperial because they had the stone I wanted and the quality was far superior than any other marble I could find in the tristate area. The quality far exceeded my expectations. They installed marble slabs on my shower walls, and a mitered shower curb and vanity countertop. The job is beyond pristine and I couldn't be happier! The company who will be installing our frameless shower doors couldn't get over the gorgeous job and mitered corners...and he certainly sees a ton of bathrooms!! Imperial is committed to ensuring you are happy with everything and their customer service is bar none! My parents will be using Imperial for their bathroom and I'll be coming back for more marble for my master bath, which is currently in progress! Thanks again, Hershey, and everyone at Imperial for an outstanding experience! A+++++!

I fell in love with a few slabs of quartz but reality is we came here to replace one of our sinks. A few people had suggested to come here and I'm so happy we did because upon our first visit we had the most amazing customer service and they helped us get exactly what we needed. Mind you it was a very particular color for a dated space so I'm so happy we came here and they helped us pinpoint it exactly. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend to anyone. One of the worst install and customer service I've ever experienced. It started when Frank measured…read morepart of the counter template incorrectly and had to re cut the entire piece over. When he did this, he didn't care to match up the veining for a nice transition on both the left and right side. So that resulted in the center piece looking like a completely different slab because the color was not matched and transitioned properly. In addition to this, the seams are terrible. The epoxy is thick and looks like it's cracking and the seams are not smooth at all and look completely uneven. When I called to discuss it, Frank and his wife Trish just kept telling me it looks fine. At this point, I didn't want to go through ripping it all out, so settled for them to come and at least fix the seams. After chasing Frank and Trish down for 3 weeks, no call back, I finally got in touch and was quickly rushed off the phone. Finally they came to fix the seams, and it looks just as bad as it did. Absolutely no follow up call afterwards, no check, nothing, from Frank or Trish. I then decided to get a second and third opinion, who BOTH said immediately the same thing- the veining was not matched properly, the seams were not color matched properly, and they didn't polish and/or buff out correctly either. I hope this post helps to pick a different stone company for your project! $10,000 for terrible craftsmanship and even worse customer service.
