They arrived and assessed the job. I had already installed the wall mount and attached the flat screen TV. All they needed to do was install the soundbar. They went to their truck and left a clip board behind that stated $250 price for the job. They came back and installed the soundbar below the TV. They could not pair the TV and soundbar to operate properly and left us with 2 remotes. They left the soundbar in bluetooth mode without saying we could shut it off or it would stay on 24/7. We checked Sony book to look for answers. They charged us $325 and left no receipt. Get a carpenter to hang your soundbar it will be a lot cheaper. We're looking for professionals. Eero was zero help and just kept having me buy more units, but I knew hardwiring and getting some Cat6 cables into my most important rooms was the real solution. Enter, Anthony. He came out and checked the layout and dead zones, gave me a quote and came and did a giant day of pulling wires to fix everything. Since then, no issues while on zoom or streaming. He and his team were clean, kind and thorough. They put everything back and installed perfectly straight wallplates. I was wrong. The service part was fine, but the honesty part was missing. Bill recommended a laptop based on the one thing i needed - internet speed. The first laptop I bought would not even boot up; a blue screen flashed and it shut off. Bill exchanged it for another. The second laptop is so slow it reminds me of waiting for AOL to connect by dial-up. When I took it back and explained that I could not stream NETFLIX, or open more than one tab at a time, or that "connection was reset" would happen randomly, Bill informed me that he does not accept returns just because the laptop didn't meet my expectations.
