Potstickers

This used to b my fav Chinese place, I've noticed since covid the dumplings/pot stickers have changed, & for my preference not for the better. They're so much thinner dough, used to b thick & so good! Also they've increased the price also, for less product. bring the old recipe back please! The General Tso chicken is very good the sauce. They used to give free drink w Order also but again not since covid.

This place is not fancy like Imperial Garden nor is it very home style Chinese like Fugu. But it fits the neighborhood well. The owners are super nice people and when I lived in the neighborhood, we had a nice little friendship. The food is on par with other take away Chinese restaurants around the Madison area. I stopped in to carry out dinner and not much has changed. The outside has been redone but the inside is still clean and simple. The menu is pretty much the same. I ordered the mei fun and the dinner special chicken and cashews. I get the crab Rangoon, too. They have the best deal on the Rangoon: ten pieces for under four dollars. It is a lot of food for twenty bucks, plus if you use the coupon on the counter, you get free soda. The owner threw in a free egg roll too. There is a TV in the corner showing Chinese films to keep you entertained during your brief wait for your food. But you don't wait long. From when I ordered to when I left, it was maybe at most 15 minutes. I am always satisfied when I come here.

Had completely forgotten about this Chinese take out joint (but apparently they also deliver now as…read morewell)... but was looking for a Chinese take out joint for Xmas dinner. We had few if any expectations but wow for a take out joint, it's exactly what you'd expect and hope for. No it's not authentic in a Chinese culinary way... but it's completely authentic in an American Chinese take out experience. The Sesame noodles were awesome - lip smacking, tasty, and burning... clinched Ling Pow Chicken was decent. The pan fired dumplings completely serviceable. I'm glad we rediscovered this neighborhood Chinese take out joint.

The last two orders were not hot and fresh, they don't bother the read any instructions any more and the quality of the food is just so bad now. The sweet and sour chicken tasted fishy. The chicken lowmein is just dry noodles with some onions and bad tasting slimy chicken pieces. The pork egg rolls were soft and mushy and the hot and sour soup mimics preset jello. My daughter laughed as it jiggled. I would not recommend ordering from here until they relearn how to do Chinese food. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed for this to represent me. Before it went in the dumps- The place is clean, the service is great and the food is always made to order. SO, it's always hot, fresh, and delicious. It's our go-to for great Chinese food. Would definitely recommend!

Service is decent. If you're paying with a card there's a fee! The restaurant is a cozy place! Side note if you dine there you have to clean your table when you're done! Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Definitely a great spot if you're craving flavorful Asian food. I'll definitely be coming back!

I really missed out! We initially planned to grab takeout from A-Mart Deli, but when we found it closed, I figured it was finally time to check out Tai's. Food came out super fast, the lady at the counter was very sweet when I asked her what she would recommend. The space is clean and cozy. Everything was fantastic! The egg rolls, sesame chicken, ribs, and the Chow Ho Fun were some of the best I've ever had. The only dish that didn't quite impress was the Pad Thai. It seems like the key is to stick with the Chinese dishes there rather than the Thai or Vietnamese options. Regardless, the food was incredible, and I think I hesitated to try it due to all the negative reviews. Now I know where I'll be going for my next Chinese takeout!

Chiang Jiang's website ordering is user friendly. The menu is extensive, naming the dishes but not listing the ingredients. If you're not familiar with Chinese food this could be a problem. We ordered the combo plates which includes fried rice and an egg roll. The garlic chicken (thin slices of chicken, baby corn, green peppers, mushrooms and broccoli) was flavorful and lightly sauced. The Szechuan beef (thin slices of very tender beef, onions, green peppers and matchstick carrots) was missing the spiciness we were used to in this dish. Both the egg drop soup and hot and sour soup were excellent. The fried wonton strip accompanying them were stale. After a few minutes in the toaster oven they crisped right up. The fried dumpling come with an excellent soy ginger dipping sauce that's a favorite.
