40. House Fried Rice 44. Beef Lo Mein 6. Crab Rangoon

Hot and ready in minutes. I always order online and pay when I get there. It's simple and efficient. For $50 (incl tip) we are enable to feed our family of 4 + leftovers for work the next day. The depth of Smokey flavor from their woks is delicious. I've had their orange chicken, cashew chicken, lo mein, crab rangoons, veggie rolls and we ALWAYS get the house rice. Chang Jiang is clutch for those nights where idk what to cook or don't feel like cooking-but you don't want fast food or bland fried food. My photo has the addition of sweet/sour sauce and sriracha (from home) on top of the house rice and beef lo mein. Another note, my food is always packaged great! Can't say enough great things about this location on Raymond. Put them in your list of takeout!

Absolutely solid Chinese takeout. Generous portions, and friendly counter service. This location is no-frills, so don't expect to dine in.

Chicken fried rice was really bland, lacked chicken, and mostly consisted of rice. The Mongolian beef was also mostly onions and lettuce.

Average american Chinese food. Like most of the other restaurants with similar names in the Madison area.

Fantastic spot. I ordered the Hunan Shrimp (lunch portion) along with a shrimp egg roll. I grew up…read morein Houston, so I've been spoiled with choice when it comes to authentic and quality Chinese food. This place reminded me of home. Shrimp was HUGE, cleaned and tasty. Plenty of fresh veggies and the pork fried rice that came with the lunch portion was tasty. The pictures of various dishes inside made me nostalgic. The woman who took my order was enthusiastic and sweet. For the price and portion, it's absolutely a steal. The fact that the quality out paces surrounding fast food spots is a nice bonus. There are booths for dining in and there were clean. I did pick up and look forward to patronizing this spot again.

They were delicious. Wifey ordered Curry Chicken with vegetables. I had a Chicken with vegetables Szechuan style. Both dishes were quite spicy and very hot, but not unexpected. We should have asked for a milder version. Chicken was plentiful in both dish and vegetables were outstanding as you can see from the pictures. Fried rice came with each order. Quality of the food was excellent and portions were generous. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely return . Highly recommend without any reservations. Good value and plenty of choices.

The texture of the noodle that's achieved by hand pulling cannot be replicated by a machine. This family run restaurant deserves your attention if you love authentic, tasty, and local food. There are many options: hot/cold; udon, rice, cut noodles if you don't want hand pulled; soup dumplings; baos; and more. We will be back for noodles and dumb for sure! This family restaurant will not disappoint if you're in the mood for noodles, or noodle soup.

It felt like most of the dish was just the noodles, and it was not balanced (ended up not finishing the noodles). Service is very straightforward. You order up front, and they deliver the food to you. After that, you put away your dishes/trash. Very standard noodle shop. Nothing too crazy. We came in at a pretty empty time (near 8pm), so service was not packed. It is a standard restaurant with standard seating options. Standard vibes only.
