I purchased a used Mini Cooper from this location and experienced serious problems almost…read moreimmediately. The check engine light came on the day after I brought the vehicle home. Within the first week, I was already seeking repairs, and the problems continued over time. What I expected to be a reliable vehicle became an expensive and frustrating experience. I spent a significant amount of time dealing with repairs, diagnostics, and mechanical issues that arose shortly after purchase. The repair costs ultimately amounted to roughly two-thirds of the vehicle's purchase price. In addition to the financial burden, the amount of time and effort required to address the ongoing issues was substantial. What should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase turned into a lengthy and stressful process. I encourage anyone shopping for a used vehicle to obtain an independent pre-purchase inspection and thoroughly evaluate the vehicle before making a decision. This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

I got an appraisal AFTER 5 PM on a Friday and I brought the car in on Monday morning. Christian the son exceeded all expectations. I was blown away by how hard he worked. Worth every penny. I could not recommend them enough.

Worse, they didn't mask off the dashboard, so I had bits of leather dust stuck in my instrument cluster, and they scratched the logo on the steering wheel. I would definitely not recommend this place for any leather work.

I brought in a 2018 Wrangler JK and talked to him about modifications. Before even discussing what changes we could make, he did a thorough inspection and test drive. Bottom line, it was a seamless, honest and professional interaction. Everything was clear up front and the work was incredible. I waited a couple of months to write the review to make sure the work would last and it's exceeded expectations. After spending a month at the shop waiting on parts, it needed an alternator (the entire bottom end of the motor had to be disassembled to get it out), some sort of throttle sensor (back ordered for a month) and a new battery. Essentially, the van couldn't be driven for the entire first month. Judging by the undersized battery installed in the minivan from some other vehicle, the dealer it knew it had an alternator issue but didn't want to replace it so they covered it up by putting a newly charge used battery in. So, things happen... it is what it is... the part that got me the most was the lack of customer service when all this happened. Everyone is all bright eyed and bushy tailed when you pay cash for the van but could care less if something happens after the sale. That's not customer service! You live and learn.
