They accept cash, debit, and credit card for payments. No personal checks. I also highly recommend scheduling appointments at least 6 months in advance. I tend to schedule the next appointment before I leave the office. If there are any dental emergencies, they will try their best to accommodate you if there are any last minute openings like they have for my parents in the past.

If you have any issues or concerns, just let them know, and they provide solid advice to address whatever's going on. They even offer toothpaste samples and discounts on dental products they are recommending, which is a nice bonus, as you can try it out to see if it helps. I've never had any issues with their cleanings, and I've always felt comfortable with all of their procedures. I've had my wisdom teeth removed here, as well as fillings and routine cleanings, and every experience has been smooth and seamless. I do want to say that I always schedule my appointments ahead of time. After each cleaning, I book my next one for six months later since I'm already there and I know they fill up quickly. This is especially so if you are booking near holidays. If you have an emergency, they do their best to fit you in as soon as possible, but not always guaranteed. My brother had a couple of dental emergencies, and they were able to get him scheduled within about two weeks to have his procedures. I'd definitely recommend them if you're someone who plans ahead. However, if you prefer to book only one to two months in advance or are more of a walk-in type, it might be harder to secure an appointment since they are usually booked1-3 months in advance. I also miss that they no longer offer Saturday hours, they used to see patients on Saturdays years ago, but now stick to a Monday-Friday schedule.

She had the initial x-rays and exam. Then she had her extraction. We followed protocol on the advisement of mom's cardiologist. So far so good. We were referred to Dr. Doulaverakis (do-LAH-ver-AA-kis) by our kid's normal dentist because it…read morebecame evident early on that his mouth was too narrow as his permanent teeth coming up were all over the place. On the initial consultation, staff took photos and measurements and then the Dr. came in to do an evaluation, explain what she sees is the issue and proposes the plan of action. I thought whoever saw my kid's snaggleteeth would immediately say "BRACES. NOW!", but Dr. D said that they would first approach this with trying to make enough room with a palatal expander that would widen the upper jaw. Once the upper jaw is widened, the lower follows suit on its own (had no idea about this...you really do learn something new every day!). If that didn't correct the issue, they would recommend next steps...braces perhaps. So the doc explained everything and provided a timeline and cost schedule for this initial treatment. She did a very good job of thoroughly explaining everything, breaking down what the costs include, and was patient with all of my questions. Dr. D has very good rapport with my young son, so he's not afraid of checkups here. Front of office staff and dental assistants have all been very friendly, kind, and helpful whenever we've had an appointment. During Halloween season they would hide a little ghost stuffed animal somewhere in the office and if your child finds it and tells reception, they receive extra entries into a monthly drawing. Each month they hold drawings for neat prizes and gift cards. Also, once you start getting services here they give you a Dr. Ortho t-shirt, and if you come in your tee to your appt, you receive extra entries. Fun for the kiddos! Orthodontia is def not inexpensive, but when necessary it's nice to go to a Dr. that you are confident in and one whose office is clean and comfortable with staff that are helpful, capable, and kind. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Doulaverakis to someone wanting a referral to an orthodontist.

I had them give me fillings TWICE and they both fell out in less than 48 hours. The service is horrible; each time I have went, I spend an hour by myself in the chair waiting to be seen. The appointments in total are typically around 2 hours and the dentist all three times only saw me for 15-20 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE. Most of the staff is nice but not really qualified to do anything. the dentist also said an extremely patronizing and racist comment about how i shouldn't eat "fried chicken" after my visit.
