Dr. Del Rosario and her team are wonderful. My mom had major life transitions and had missed some dental appts in her previous city due to illness. :( Now settled in this area and doing much better, she finally got to start her dental treatments. She had the initial x-rays and exam. Then she had her extraction. We followed protocol on the advisement of mom's cardiologist. So far so good. We have another appointment next month to continue the journey towards better dental health. Dr. Del Rosario is patient, kind, and an excellent dentist. She also reminds me of my Aunty when my aunt was young. The office is currently beautifully decorated with Christmas stuff. Sometimes it can be tough to get in touch with the office but I've had nothing but great experiences with the office and DDS Rosario She is very kind and gentle. I've had to get my chipped front tooth done twice with composite and I believe had a cavity filled once. It's been a year since my last visit ..So far the composite has held up great but I know I have a place to go to for it to be fixed now. From the customer service, to the check in, cleanliness, taking COVID measures, to of course Dr. Jacqueline Rosario!!! Its easy to be anxious to go to a dentist during the pandemic but the check in process was so smooth. There's a sign on the door to call the clinic when it's your Appt time and wait in the car (tons of parking). They will call you when they are ready for you and then you will be greeted by receptionist or Dental hygienist who will immediately check temperature and make you fill out COVID survey about S/S. They make sure to sanitize between each patient and Dr. Rosario makes you feel right at home! I never felt any pain and she was so kind and sweet to calm down my anxiety. She even offered me headphones so the noise would not scare me. I've never met a more kind, caring and genuine person let alone dentist. Quite a horrible experience at this dental clinic. The dentist did not care to listen to my problems, did not even examine my teeth, and went ahead to ask me to come back with a letter from my doctor stating that it would be safe to use anesthesia. Basically dismissing me even without examining what could be my problem. I come back with the letter and she doesn't look at me again, but refers me to an oral surgeon. Is this really someone who went into dentistry to genuinely help people? I wonder...If you're looking for someone that cares and genuinely wants to help instead of sending you off with a bleeding tooth, do not go here - A waste of time. 3 months later and I am so happy with the current dental clinic. read more

I did not have a good experience here, i had never been scared to go to the dentist until after i came here. If you want someone to explain to you whats going on in your mouth dont go here. The dentist told me i had cavities, but not how many, she drilled my teeth and put.. I dont even know how many fillings. They were uncomfortable even after a few days and one fell out. i did not want to go back there to get it fixed or to any other dentist because my gums hurt after the first round of fillings.. I didn't want to get screwed over again. I finally couldnt put it off anymore because my teeth were hurting and went to another dentist that told me it was a very small filling.. And he re did it in 15 min!! And it didnt hurt at all and i have had no problem ever since. Most people like a dentist that explains to you and makes you feel good about being there.. This lady may be nice and a "good dentist" based on the other reviews but i didnt feel she was being honest, these are my teeth, i dont think its nice to have to guess what the dentist is doing. And I trusted she knew what she was doing, but i left feeling like crap. There are definitely better dentists out there.. It's been a long time since I've seen a dentist coz I'm scared of any procedure and I know dentist are very expensive. Dr. Jackie was highly recommended to me. One time, I was in so much pain and decided to call their clinic. She scheduled me the next day and had my tooth extracted very quickly, no complications or anything. Dr. Jackie is very accommodating, very patient and very detailed. She made sure that I'm going to be ok and made sure that I know that I know what the procedure would be. I've been going to her since then and I am very happy with her service. Scheduling - easy to schedule an appointment and they will even follow up 2 or 3 days before the schedule. I was facing massive dental issues, and I have been avoiding them to the point that (as I had feared), I needed to have all of my teeth extracted and get a full denture made. I was ALWAYS in pain, Motrin was my best friend.. I explained to her my fears and concerns about needles in my mouth and she listened and honestly made me feel at ease. I am a big chicken and I truly appreciate how gentle and informative she has been through this whole procedure. I was fitted for my new denture yesterday and I must say, the sight of them almost made me cry with joy. My 11yo son had to have 3 extractions done. After another dentist told me my son would need to be put under for the procedure, I was nervous and anxious about it. Thankfully, Dr. Humphries Orthodontic told me about Dr. Jackie. She did a local anesthetic and had all 3 teeth out in 15 minutes! My son was comfortable the whole time. Phone calls were answered but never gotten back to. Finally just came in and waiting room was small and cramped. Long wait time for nothing, my questions went from another staff to another staff, who were cold and rude. Noticed it was staff and patients were mostly of asian (cambodian? filipino?) descent - as I am black, I was treated poorly in this establishment. Doctor is not the softest and if we are working around my mouth, I would not go to Dr. Jackie. There are much better places of practice that won't treat their patients with prejudice. The appointment wasn't for myself, but I had to drive my younger sibling there. We were double-booked for the appointment without notice. Even though we checked in 10 minutes earlier than the man who signed in for the same time, we were kept waiting for a little over an hour. The dentist herself is pleasant enough. Cannot say the same for reception. She was supposed to call back to see if our insurance covered a basic procedure. Apparently needed a week to call back. Never called. I had to call the office back after a month. I asked if we were being double booked this time. At the moment it wasn't, but essentially they were reserving the "right to double book", since they have only one dentist. Other than that, on the first visit, it felt a little sketchy for a dentist to have a NON-sugar-free candy bowl and for them to offer sugary juices to patients. I also had to ask about the aftercare for the patient. "Oh, yeah..." I don't think that kind of information is something that you should assume the patient knows. I think the next visit will be the last. Will definitely be changing our primary care provider for ALL of our family members. read more
