During my x-ray the receptionist tells me that because she's new, she made a mistake and that cleaning would be an additional $70. This experience rubbed me the wrong way because I felt mislead. The dentists, dental assistants, and technicians were great and made me feel extremely comfortable. They communicated different options and next steps for future treatments but the misinformation from the receptionist is clouding my judgement.

Christian at the front desk was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly organized. He made sure all of our paperwork was completed before our appointment, so I wasn't trying to juggle forms while chasing a 19-month-old toddler around the office. At the end of our visit, he also let me know I could call him anytime if I had questions about insurance or future payments, which I really appreciated. Our dental hygienist, Elizabeth, was amazing with my son. To give you an idea, my toddler literally puckers his lips shut and squirms every time I brush his teeth, so I knew getting him to open his mouth for a stranger wasn't going to be easy. They first tried using the regular chair with the TV, but when that wasn't enough, they had a special bench that allowed me to comfortably hold him in a position where Elizabeth could safely and thoroughly clean his teeth. She was unbelievably patient and had so many little tricks to help keep him calm. Despite all the toddler wiggles, she did an incredible job cleaning his teeth. Dr. Husain was just as wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my son's small cavity. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took a conservative approach and created a thoughtful plan that made sense for such a young child. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated that he focused on what was best for my son instead of jumping to the most aggressive option. While we were waiting, I noticed Dr. Husain's education and training, and I was genuinely impressed. Seeing that he trained at prestigious institutions like UCLA, USC, and Yale for pediatric dentistry gave me even more confidence that we were in excellent hands. I'll admit, I was skeptical when I saw all the five-star reviews before booking. I thought there was no way a dental office could actually be that good. I'm happy to say I was completely wrong. Every single person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the experience positive for both kids and parents. He was very thorough and meticulous in reaching behind my fixed bridges and dental implants. His hands were so gentle but sure in removing plaque build-ups even under the gums. 100% Dr. Ware then reattached a cantilever crown which was the primary reason for my visit. She proposed to convert it into a fixed bridge for a stronger hold. I did not feel any pain even from the initial anesthesia shot due to her gentle and caring hands. The computerized measurements she took were perfect and she even prepared a temporary bridge so I will not go toothless for the day. Her CEREC machine made the final bridge and she installed it in the very next day. I am so glad I did not have to wait too long, she could have installed it the same day but she cared enough about me losing my half day's schedule. Jeanette and John were awesome assistants whose hands were as gentle as her's. Jazmin, at the front desk, was so pleasant to work with and she made sure my appointments fit into my schedule. I am glad I came to Dr. Ware who not only took care of my dental needs but did it with precision, excellence and the utmost care! Another thing I like is she would also give a "blow-by-blow" account of what she was doing to keep me aware of what was happening. I would recommend her practice without reservations! 100%
