3 to 5 business days. That seems to be the standard here on the island for shipping, two day shipping doesn't exist for us. I came here for some work related supplies. It's super cheap compared to the other places on Oahu. Online it wasn't in stock but and I came here to see if they had a substitute for what I needed. Plus to see what goodies they got. It's not hooky if work related. The store size is good for displaying items and there is two customer service area. They cover everything from power tools (electric or gas) to hand held. They have nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners, and if you can't find it there willing to help. They didn't have what I needed and the staff was able to order my items online and delivered to their store. Overall four stars. The place is clean and parking is reasonable. Now excuse me, since I'm in the area time see what other stores are here. It's work related. M read more

Things to know - Drive up, wait for a worker to tell you where to park. - Wait in your vehicle and a worker will come get you when it's your turn. - Try to have an idea what you are there for. They have both a website and an app. - They can't sell certain things to you unless you have an account. - They don't take cash. That being said I was able to tell them what I was looking for. They pointed out what they could sell me. I grabbed it, paid for it and that's it. My dad needed some sort of spring, so we made our way to Grainger. There was a parking attendant, who told us that there was about a 20 minute wait to get in. Only 6 people are allowed in the store at a time, with a 15 minute time frame per person. I love the pre-cautions that this place is taking for COVID-19. I haven't seen any other place place such strict rules. We ended up going to Moanalua 99 once and coming back, in which the man told us we could now park, as most of the customers ahead of us left. however, only one person per family was allowed, so only my dad went in. We ended up not getting what we needed, as they only sold those springs in bulk and had to get them shipped from the mainland, but figured i would write this review, as I really appreciated all of the steps they were taking to keep people socially distanced and comply with the regulations! read more

Like a Grainger store anywhere they carry just about everything. How much everything? I went to the local hardware stores looking for an adapter for my kitchen sink faucet aerator that, thanks to German engineering, was a nonstandard and impossibly small size. No luck, but one of the clerks recommended a plumbing supply store. No luck there, but the clerk there wrote out Grainger's phone number and location on a little slip of paper. I called, a real human answered the phone, not only that but they took down my credit card number and said they would have it waiting for me when I got there. The store itself is huge, an oversized front desk area with a few hardware impulse purchases on the wall (padlocks, safety goggles, tarps), and a front service gate. "Here for pickup?" She called out from the counter as I was waiting at the back of the short line. "What's your name?" "We've got it right here" she said, then bounded out from behind the counter, dropped the box in my hand, and that's it. Nothing to sign, just walk in and out in about 45 seconds. Being a creature of habit I was looking for a certain type of rope/twine to wrap up my boxes when I travel. I have no idea where I got my original twine so I had to search online. Grainger came up as a possibility. I headed out there and was impressed with the facility. This store has a new covid policy so they act as if anyone that walks to their doors they tell us to wait outside and fill out a form for the part. You are not allowed to walk in the store for anything. Bad customer service as soon as we walked in. We got barked at by some lady that told us to get out. Super rude to us locals. I hope no one has to come here for any products. You will be greeted with a rude staff. If I can get this part I need for my hoshizaki Ice maker, I would. I would definitely recommend to go elsewhere for parts. Another person told me the staff is friendlier at the other location by a foodland dillingham. Purchased an ADA grab bar for a bathroom remodel and due to COVID our construction schedule got delayed. Ended up having to get a different grab bar and because it was more than 30 days since we purchased the grab bar, Grainger would not give us our money back ($185). Worst experience ever.. ordered some product on August 30 and was available for pick up on sept 12. Called first time on sept 13 and was told that the container came in and the products are being offloaded..called again on sept 16 and was told that my product has been offloaded and waiting to be checked in and will be getting an email confirmation but didn't get anything. Went in this afternoon to buy only one item. After one customer was done I walked up to pay for the item. I was told I had to sign in because there were others waiting. Although some of the sales people were legitimately helping other customers, I had seen one other sales person talking to a customer who was leaning against the counter. As I passed by it was casual talk. Worst sales help ever. It was not like this before. They need a floor Manager on the floor so that the sales team can serve customers instead of socializing and wasting time. Serve one customer and when done, move onto the next customer once the transaction is done. I doubt that Grainger is not thinking of AI and automation. They're great. If you pick up something big, they're happy to help load it. If they're busy, they still get to you quick enough to where it's still very convenient. They sell a lot of good things for disasters as well. First aid kits, generators, tools, clothes, etc.. read more

I have used granger for 20 years. Owning business they were a big part of keeping us going. The granger in honolulu is really, really slow. Even if there is only 2 or 3 people in the store I still have to wait 15 min to ask a question. I currently am standing with my ticket. There at are plunty of employees but we don't seem to be a priority. Wish I could get speedier service and be greeted with a smile at least. The employees look miserable. read more

I just came from this place today. Super bad service. As a business owner I know customer service should be on point. I just went in to ask a couple questions about starting a commercial account. The representative there was like he didn't want to be even at work. As I waited in line he ignored the customers question ahead of me , almost rolling his eyes, but caught himself. When I got to him to ask my questions he just pretty much said he didn't know anything about that, or heard about staring a commercial account.
