He evaluated me and began the process of creating a partial, to replace those taken in surgery. Additionally, due to chemotherapy drugs, my remaining teeth were breaking down. He crowned these as well. Dr. Baldree has given back my confidence, boosted my self esteem and I couldn't be happier with the end result. He's a very caring, thoughtful and meticulous dentist/prosthodontist who goes above & beyond to help his patients. The staff are equally wonderful. I've had many visits over the past year to complete this extensive work and I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room.

I've gone to highly rated dentists while living in California and will say Dr. Deena shaped two beautiful veneers that are far superior. They are perfect in shape and color while still looking very natural, unlike many veneers that lack that variance in color of natural teeth. She's an artist! Their dental assistant, Kendyll, is also highly competent and friendly. Donna in the front office is always so lovely to chat with and is on top of all the billing and insurance dealings. Each time I pay the 60% I get an additional bill from River Valley for almost $600.00. The office manager "Christine" has told me that they have she has to bill with another name for in network. Today she told me she would cancel my next appointment rather than take care of the ongoing "out of network" dilemma. Be careful in choosing this practice for your dental needs. It is more like a car dealership and the office manager is definitely not an asset to the practice or the patients who have trusted their dental needs for 14 years.

Dr. Steven J Lo Cascio In very literal terms " was a life saver"…read more When came to Dr. Lo Cascio I was interested in a simple crown replacement. I was examined and some x-rays were taken. Little did I know unannounced by two previous dentist, I had a serious infection, that left untreated could and would cause serious damage and possibly even death. Dr. Lo Cascio shook his head and told me I need 4 root canals and 4 new crown to get me healthy again. This Infection had been in my mouth for over a year and the damage would only get worse. I proceeded with what would end up taking three month to fix. Once Dr. LO Cascio and I agreed and started the long process I never felt uncertain or intimidated like I had been with the previous other two dentist, that By-the-way never mentioned I had an infection. Dr Lo Cascsio and his staff created an environment that put me at ease throughout the entire three month process. The entire office has an uncanny calm, I never dreaded having to go to my appointments. Dr. Lo Cascio and his staff shared a friendly banter. They always seemed happy to be there and were in great spirits, which was not the case at the other dentist offices. I really hope I have expressed my respect and gratitude sufficiently for this great establishment sufficiently. If I could give Dr. Lo Cascio and his staff 10 stars I would. The conversation went like this; "Hi, I was a patient of yours and I know that you do not carry my insurance but I" She rudely interrupts with "what insurance do you have?" I replied, Ambetter, to which she literally scoffed, repeating "ambetter?! We don't carry Ambetter, that's like Medicaid" with a complete disrespectful and elitist attitude. I said I know you do not, I literally just said that and was trying" she cuts me off again with more attitude and scoffing, by this time I am done and no longer want to even go here.
