Office staff are wonderful, always friendly, smiling and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. I have been coming to this office for many years and I can tell you, this office is top notch, A-1, and definitely the best. I have seen a number of dentist, from Dr. Dill, Dr. Garey to my most recent visit with a fairly new dentist, and he was remarkably comforting and extremely skilled for the bridge replacement I needed. Kyla, assisted in the care and was extremely caring and very sweet. She made the temporary bridge which fits very comfortable. Over the years I have had oral care twice a year, and there has been a number of different hygienist and they have all been wonderful. Most recently, Alesya, who was absolutely great. I was a patient here for years. Never had an issue until two fillings turned my mouth upside down. The lady that did them did not seem to experienced. Since that procedure it has been downhill for me. My teeth are worse than they were before the procedure and everything they have done after has worsened the sensitivity on those two teeth. I allowed them two different instances to fix it and it was only made worse. I gave my honest rev and was blocked on social media for it. The staff was pleasant and always had smiles. I still recommend people to this place because my bad experience doesn't mean bad experiences for others. Currently having to see another dentist to possibly fix what they messed up. read more

Stay Away!!!!! I could not be less impressed with this place! My son needed a replacement retainer after moving here from out of state. We were sent to Nooga Dentistry to have molds made and a retainer ordered. We were charged over $400 and the retainer took 3 months to come in. Not sure if these are made in China and then rowed across the ocean or what...but really, 3 months to make a retainer from an electronic image/mold of his mouth? Quick update: When requesting a copy of the electronic images that were taken of his mouth...you know, the ones WE PAID FOR, we were advised they have no way to send those to anyone other than the company that actually makes the retainer. I call BS and refuse to ever spend another dime with this organization! I truly hope everyone this review reaches chooses to do the exact same! read more

My Dentist left this office. As a result I've chosen to move my file. I've gotten the run around from the end of April till the 3rd week of May transferring my file. To the point the office I've transferred to had to reach out. Now I'm battling them releasing monies due to me. I went in person and signed documents to release funds on the 23rd of May. Super Friendly Staff! Great Dental Office! This week was my maiden voyage to this office and I must say they were a great bunch! Front desk staff was friendly and great, check out was easy as well. My hygienist was Alyessia and she was super friendly and did a great job. I had the lady dentist, she was great. She knocked out my baby filling to fix my tiny cavity after my teeth cleaning was done. I am terrible with names unless I have read them, but she was cool too. They are in the middle of an office makeover/renovation. All in all this was a great office! Get in here and get those teeth checked out! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars but that wasn't an option. After they pulled my tooth, it was pure hell getting them to even schedule the follow up visit two weeks later and when they finally did schedule even tho I was still in severe pain two weeks later, they referred me to my primary care doctor. And now after not hearing from them at all since that visit, they send a letter saying "due to break down of communication between patient and doctor, my dentistry needs would be better filled elsewhere. Wtf? This place is shady. I was told on my first visit that in order to proceed with the dental plan I would need $450 before my next visit. I brought the money only to be told that now it was only $40. Why would it change so drastically in just a few days. I went to Nooga dentistry on a referral from a good friend. I am so pleased that I took his advice:) I had to have a full mouth restoration due to years of grinding my teeth. I had a bad experience as a child so I have a lot of anxiety and I didn't know what to expect. On the day I had to have my teeth prepped I was taken back with Anna, I couldn't have asked for a better person to talk me through everything as it was happening. She was friendly and very attentive to make sure I was comfortable. Anna really made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. When it was time for the work Dr. Taylor had a great chairside manner and I hardly felt any discomfort during the procedure. Afterward I had some mild swelling and pain but it was only for a few days. "Quick, efficient and has payment options. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I arrived for my appointment which was a FREE consultation. Kathryn made me feel comfortable and at home. She relaxed me by simply " sitting down with me and having a conversation with me" about who I was, what is happening with me and how they can be of service. She took dental X rays and was conscientious about the fact that the usual X-Rays do not fit into my mouth and I needed the child ones. Then Dr. B came in( I cant remember his full name) and both him and Kathryn explained my different options, Pro and Con. IE Dentures, bridges or implants. That education helped me make a decision that was practical for me. Then Christen from the financial office sat down with me to review all my financial options. She was polite and educated me on my options without making me feel badly. I have NEVER had such a conscientious team from a Dental practice do this for me. I highly recommend them! P.S. there is a little construction going on at the office but frankly it was not an issue at all and they were very apologetic about it. read more

I have been to my fair share of Dentists over the last 55 years. My Mother sent us 2 extra times a year for cleanings, just because dental care for her large family while she was growing up was almost nonexistent and she wanted us to have great teeth. No cavities until I turned 19...and I think a lot of that was a result of an automobile accident when I was 16, and years of dental surgeries and work. Cleaning was a big problem after knocking out 6 bottom front teeth out on the steering wheel and several years of dental appointments to fix the problem...and at the time, repairing was more urgent than cleanings. While they were able to repair best they could, it wouldn't last forever. This started my anxiety about dental appointments. It seemed like every time I walked through the doors, it was another issue. I was always a brusher (2/3 times a day) and flosser...so I totally felt defeated. I've encountered nothing but trouble the last 2-3 years! I was referred to a dentist who told me I had 2 options. 1) Extract them all and do a lower denture plate OR 2) Do implants...to the tune of $50k with a long recovery. I panicked! I often travel for business and never know my schedule. So, the long recovery was worrisome. I didn't feel good about either option. Physically, sick worrying about it. My gut told me to hold off...and I did with an UGLY Temporary! Covid hit...and appointments halted, that was a GodWink, in my opinion. I had a crown break on a late June 2022 weekend and I started thinking this was my sign, I had to finally make a decision. I began my search... I looked at the reviews online for several offices in Chattanooga. I knew the dentist I had gone to for years would only send me there anyway, so why not start at the source, and circumvent the extra time/money. Plus, my now previous dentist was not In-Network, so already, I was paying more out of pocket. I phoned Nooga Dentistry the following Monday morning and had an appointment the very next day! Wow! Again, a GodWink. From the time I walked in the door at Nooga Dentistry, it felt like Family - No Judgement. I received news that I DID have other options...and at a much less overall expense than was quoted at the other office. I wanted my smile back! They delivered that and much more. I will now travel to Chattanooga for EVERY dentist appointment...as I know I'm getting the best treatment! Extremely Thankful for Dr. Garey easing my mind on my first visit and shooting me straight with my options. I hate dentist but I have to admit I will be going back. The staff is so friendly and they have a sense of humor. My hygienist was awesome and knew I had a fear of dentist. I didn't feel like anything was being rushed and Dr Pickett was friendly and did a great job pulling my tooth. They have become my official dental place to go.
