I enjoy graders ice cream there's not many around. When I'm in the area since I now live in Indiana this is one of the cleaner more convenient location for me. Normally get a scoop or two of ice cream or a chocolate shake. Most of what seems like teenagers working here are pretty nice. Sometimes I'll go inside instead and check out to see what items they may have on display. Especially around the holidays however it's not something I can do every weekend because to be honest they're on the more pricey side and I feel like UDF is normally priced better and you get more for your buck read more

Once one person was done with an order they quickly went to the next person and made their order. It was fast and efficient. Was able to pay for everything quickly. Never disappointed. Coming to Cincinnati for family and Graters. I tried a new flavor, Smores and wowza, that just the creativity going on in my mouth, felt like a delicious campfire with nostalgia in the air. Seriously tho, the place was convenient and easy to get to. So many great choices and the store was super cool with decor and just a sheer joy. This ice cream was creamy and tasty, perfection in all the right places. The staff were pleasant and moved pretty quickly, making them accommodating with a quickly filled with customers location. I have a native Cincinnatian. I have tried various brands and stores that specialize in the creamed confection, but Graeters continues to be my favorite. The flavor, smooth texture, and fun gigantic mix-ins keeps me coming back. But the vanilla, which has no mix-ins, is a favorite. If you are looking for soft serve, it's not. Stopped at the famous Graeter's Ice cream while visiting family in Ohio. They have so many delicious ice cream flavors. They also have candy, and pies! They let you try samples so you can decide which flavor you want to get. Everything is home made. The ice cream reminded me of gelato because it had a nice silky smooth texture that bursted with flavor. The staff were friendly and fun. Check them out if you are in Ohio. Never a dull tasting moment and I always look forward to finding the biggest chip in my scoop. The seasonal flavors and ones without chips are good too but if it's your first time trying Graters their claim to fame is any chip ice cream, particularly black raspberry. I am not really an ice cream fan but my husband eats ice cream like no one's business so when he took me here for my first scoop, I was skeptical. It's epic. The ice cream itself is delicious and digging for the creamy chocolate "chips" that can be the size of a fun size candy bar is so fun. It's smooth and delicious! We love the seasonal flavors that come out like strawberry chip (always load up in May). When we see bourbon, we go for it too. Man, fruity ice cream never was a pleasant memory but they use fresh fruit so the fruit flavored ice creams are pleasing to the palate. Join the rewards club for good coupons and free birthday cone. My only dislike and -1 star is the app which is annoying to use. However, the benefits of being a member outweigh the buggy app so I deal and continue to use. Returning to Cincinnati after seven years in California, getting to Graeter's was close to the top of the list. We stopped in to pick up a couple pints of Eggnog, so we weren't here long. Nothing could have been Graeter than the service we received during our visit. We were welcomed by not one, but four employees. The only exception was an employee who was helping another customer. All employees had smiles on their faces, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The areas were clean, and free from stickiness. Displays were organized, and well thought out. Lots of opptions for grabbing a quick present if one forgot to pick one up, and is also picking up a cake. The ice cream was everything one expects from Graeter's. Not too sweet, creamy, bold flavors that delight the tastebuds. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. Along with the traditional French pot ice cream there is gelato, and sorbet. Cone selections even include a pretzel cone. The bakery side was filled with scrumptious looking pastries and cakes. To top it off, this location has a drive up window. Got the famous the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip today with family in for the holidays. Been eating this ice cream for many years It was like eating UDF or Kroger brand Hone Made knockoff. Glazed Happiness donuts are literally glazed happiness! Their jelly donuts are really good too! I haven't had any of their ice cream recently. I really just go for the donuts and coffee. Very friendly staff. The drive thru is a plus after being on my feet 12-16 hours at work. read more

I had not been to this location before today. I came in for my free Birthday sundae! The store has a clean, bright, spacious & friendly atmosphere. There is plenty of parking and tables to sit at outdoors when the weather is warm. The staff is very friendly. I added an extra scoop to make it a three scoop sundae for a minimal extra charge. I also enjoyed the cold refreshing water from the water cooler that that was full of ice. I will gladly return here for more delicious ice cream. read more

I have been here a few times now. First visit was great! Food, coffee and latte, delicious! And the men working were awesome. Second time, a not as great.
