Stopped by with a big appetite and Gracie's didn't disappoint. It's been a long while since I've been here but I always like how fresh everything is. Great service and food here.I was tired so I dined in. It was nice comfy and clean. I ordered a steak burrito and strawberry lemonade that hit the spot. I ate half and took the rest home. Thanks so much.

Hmmm I'll start with the positives: this was a delivery order and everything was in the bag and packed well. The order also arrived pretty quickly and the prices are very affordable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I got a 3 taco dinner and it tasted like 2 day old left overs with not much flavor. The chips were stale and the salsas not so good, the pico was like a soup that just tasted like vinegar. I liked to the flavor of the beans but the rice just seemed old and some pieces were crunchy. This was not a good meal and I threw most of it away and just accepted the fact that I wasted my money. There's plenty of Mexican food in area so I'm sure I won't be trying this place again.

10/10 we were looking for a place to stop while passing through town and this place was great! Small, well maintained, and the food was delicious. Our server was great and the prices were good as well

I used to work in Monee and had the privilege of eating at this place 2-3x a week. Now I work almost 90 minutes away but was in the area today and couldn't pass up the opportunity to have an authentic meal. The staff, as always, was so hospitable. Even when they find out you're not dining in, they go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal wherever you eat it. The restaurant itself is very clean and smells amazing. I absolutely love this place. It's maybe half a mile off of I-57, directly across the street from Burger King. And I've had almost everything on their menu but my favorite is the fire burrito meal. It's definitely not for the weak. So if you're sensitive to spicy food, order the regular steak burrito. I travel all over the united states as a truck driver and there's no other restaurant that can make a fire burrito like this place. At least from where I've been. I got introduced to Gracie's back in '19 and I still compare every Mexican restaurant I visit to this place and while many are amazing, Gracie's has no competition.

Food was good. I had the Huge Steak Burrito and my wife had the Steak Fajita Burrito. Both excellent. Chips and Salsa came with it. Didn't care for the salsa. Used the hot sauce that came out with the chips. Service was good. Waitress was attentive and very friendly. The restaurant itself was typical taco joint ambiance. Clean and orderly. Margaritas were great. Beer was cold. Definitely would come back. Prices were fair.

Wow! I ordered a wet burrito hoping it would taste as good as the wet burritos I ate in Southern California. Gracie's is my new burrito restaurant! The wet burrito is called a "country style burrito" at Gracies. It's also the size of Shaquille O'Neal's footMy mom had steak quesadilla. The meat was tender and savory. Clean bathroom. Friendly service. Inside dining. Cheery ambience.

Shrimp tacos, were supposed to have everything on them.....missing lettuce and tomato.

Stopped before work and grabbed a pastor burrito. Meat was extremely good! The burrito was huge too for the money. Everything was hot and fresh. The hot sauce they gave with it was really good too. Definitely need to get even more of the hot sauce next time. Will be stopping here more often. Very good, you can't go wrong. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would.... Every time I come to order or to pick up anything from here they always mess up my orders. For example I ordered 4 chicken tacos with only cheese and a large burrito with sour cream. And the tacos have tomato and lettuce on them and they gave us a small burrito with no sour cream. I wouldn't make a big deal out of this but this is the 7th time coming to this restaurant and they have always gotten my orders wrong read more

I have eaten here for years and the service and food is out of this world! I grew up around the corner from this place and would always use their takeout service (which is fast and reliable). If you are looking for a good, fulfilling meal I highly recommend this place and their carne asada! Served with roasted veggies and warm tortillas, it's definitely a meal that will easily become your favorite. The staff is always so kind as well, always willing to help and enhance the ambiance of the space. Best food in town! read more

I was so sorry that my family experience was awfu! We saw such great revues on Facebook and decided to go for Taco Tuesday. We ordered chicken burritos and chicken and steak tacos. The chicken in the burritos and taco was simply nasty to taste and the burritos were doughy. We won't be going back. I will reach out to the restaurant but I doubt if they will rectify the situation as it was late when decided to eat. read more

From long haul truck drivers to Mexican families- this is the meeting place. EVERYTHING I've had here is delicious. The prices are ridiculously low for the quality and quantity of food you get. My Latino friends point out that the chips and tortillas are high quality. I almost didn't want to write this review because sometimes it's so crowded, I can't get a seat. Really really really AMAZING. me and my fiancé come here once and week and they're so fast but THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!!! best mexican food i've ever had. I've tried almost the ENTIRE menu and i haven't had anything i didn't LOVE LOVE LOVE. The pricing is sooooo great too. We always call ahead and it's only 10-15 minute wait! They have such a nice staff too. you need to try this place, their menu is really fantastic and very high quality food! I don't know what i would do without gracies in my life! read more

I got all back to the truck stop when the burrito I ordered wasn't in the bag. I called them and the lady said they forgot the burrito on the counter. So had to go back and pick it up. Although, on the good note their good is good. read more

Since Cinco de Mayo and taco Tuesday fell on the same day, I thought I would give this place a try. It's right around the corner from the hotel that I am staying at so it was a very convenient option. The parking lot was almost full so I had great expectations. We tried the steak tacos and the veggie taco. The steak didn't have much flavor but I'm willing to give this place another shot. The employees were very sweet and were doing the best they could. It was very busy and the phone was ringing off the hook. I wasn't surprised because you know, taco Tuesday and Cinco de Mayo. I wasn't super impressed with the food but like I said, I will try it again when things go back to normal. read more

Called at 1143 to place an order and they told me they were no longer taking orders because they closed in 5 mins.... when the web site said midnight. I know it was the owner I spoke to because I have been here many times since moving to monee. Will not be returning because of rude customer service by the OWNER... it's a hit or miss any way at this place. Can't wait to try out the New Mexican place in town! Hopefully they are more accommodating to their paying customers. read more

This place is our go to place right off the highway when we come to visit our family in Chicago. It is an absolute must to stop at Gracie's and they never disappoint!! The taco are delicious and plentiful, our most favorite dish is the Elotes, which is so flipping delicious!!! Their bathroom always needs attention, but that's my only complaint read more

Settled next to a liquor store near I-57, a Taco Bell, and a Culver's, this place is very easy miss. Tongue (lengua) tacos were gristle and grease - not much flavor, not the lean consistency that beef tongue should be. Complementary salsa with the chips had potential (good kick) but a little generous on the vinegar for my taste. Chicken tostadas definite miss. Dry dark meat buried underneath lettuce and tomato. I am curious about their menudo and pozole, but it is going to take more than curiosity to try for round 2. Service was nice, on the other hand - the waiter was courteous and checked on us multiple times to make sure if we needed anything. read more

This is one of my "go to" restaurants for Mexican food in the area. All of their food is pretty good and I luv the salsa which is not common because it's made with pickled onions more than a tomato base. Also, they have some of the best horchata! read more

The place is OK. Tacos are good if eaten at location. Sometimes the steak burritos are half grizzle from being over cooked. My biggest problem is I always ask for a certain amount of hot sauce only to get 1/2 of what I requested. They treat their sauce like it's gold. Food is great always! Service is alright. We always order to go and they always mess something up. It could be they didn't put down an item we ordered or they put the wrong toppings that we asked for not to be in there or asked to put in. They even forgot to give us a drink once because the person who picked it up wasn't aware of everything we ordered. Just double check before you do a Togo and I'm sure everything will be fine! read more

Actually great mexican food. Got it to go and they were friendtly, quick, and food was delicious. We stopped in our camper and parked at the BK across the street. I had the traditional steak tacos and my husband the steak torta. The mild salsa was like a delicious pico. Food was very reasonable. Also the rice was bomb--none of that mushy barely orange rice here haha read more

Gracie's has the best Mexican food around I always come here with my girlfriend and order a steak burrito and chicken fajitas. We both think it's the best we've ever had! Rico is usually our server on the weekends! He's always been very personable and fun to chat with, and he always makes sure we're checked on. Always love the service here, and it's very quick!
