I ordered my food for my 2 Kids and I @ 3:10 and didn't get it until 3:50. When I received our order my Nacho fries were cold. Then we were notified that they are closing because they have a plumbing issue. So we ate faster than we normally would. The manager & staff there is young and inexperienced. When my order was finally taken I mentioned to the cashier that they seriously need help and she humbly agreed. I left and went back to work only to find that the sandwich was spicy and I ordered mild! I had no way of telling this after initially checking the order. This is by far the worst Taco Bell in existence. As a matter of fact, there is even a Facebook group devoted to how terrible this specific Taco Bell is. It's titled, "Park Forest Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell." I'm not making any of this up. Every time I stop here with my friends, we are always guaranteeing and putting wagers on which one of our orders will get messed up. So basically only stop here if you are starving and it's 4th meal time with nothing else open because your order will most likely get messed up. Terrible service. Ordered a combo meal, and it took 25 minutes to get my food. That was after I had to wait about 10 minutes to order while they allowed the customer at the counter to make a phone call to find out what others wanted, and they kept everyone else waiting so they could take his order. When I finally got my food, there was not so much as an apology for the wait, or an offer to compensate for my time like most places do. This place is notorious for long waits, even with the most basic of orders, and even when there aren't too many customers there. Multiple cars in the drive thru were told to go in the parking lot and wait until their order was ready. They had almost no sauce packets in the dining room, and when customers were asking for more, they brought very little out, meaning people had to keep asking for more. People were also asking for straws, as there were none of those readily available either. Did I mention there were also no napkins? One customer after me stood at the counter for roughly 10 minutes just waiting for someone to even walk up to the counter to come take his order. I don't see myself coming back here any time soon.
