I read some of the reviews and saw they closed at 8 pm. I am only in Catonsville once a month to get my hair done and I was finished at the hair salon before 7 pm. It was about 6:55 pm. I walked over to the food truck and called my significant other to let him know I was getting Thai food for dinner. I walk to the food truck and looked at the menu. There is no sign about the hours of operation. It's 7 pm and I order my food. I ordered pad thai with shrimp and asked a question about the drunken noodles. The person in the truck responds by saying oh I am sorry we close at 7 pm. I look at my watch and I am the only person in line. I wished someone inside the food truck would have told me that important piece of information. I would not have spent my time looking at the menu and I would have just driven back home after my hair appointment. So I said okay. I wasn't upset, just annoyed, frustrated, and disappointed and called my significant other back to let him know we aren't having Thai for dinner. I was looking forward to having pad thai and to trying the food since Nomstastic raved on Instagram about their food was the best I stopped by the hair salon again to let my hair stylist know their hours. She suggested going to the smash burger truck but I wasn't in the mood for a burger. For improvement, post your hours on your truck or let someone who is looking at the menu what time you close instead of telling them after they order. That way you won't have disappointed customers. read more

There is limited parking in the lot however at 4:30p when we arrived we easily found parking. There are shared benches that other food trucks patrons share. The grounds were clean. We were greatly warmly at the truck and warned that there would be a wait for our food. We ordered 3 entrees a side and a dessert and were quoted a 45 minute wait. The area is nice to walk around so we took the opportunity to do that. When we arrived after 45 minutes our food was still not ready and we were given a buzzer. After another half hour our food was finally ready. We were thanked for our patience and our order was accurate. My favorite was definitely the Spicy Eggplant, I typically order Drunked Noodles but the spicy eggplant looked so good. The drunken noodles had a great mix of vegetables and were very saucy. My friend had the Shrimp Pad Thai and she said this is by far her favorite pad Thai she has ever had. I probably wouldn't order the steamed dumplings again, but only because I'd like to try their other appetizers. The sticky rice was different than what I've had before. The rice was a lot more sticky than what I've had before but it was delicious! While the wait was longer than anticipated I definitely think the wait was worth it. All the food was fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try the Thai Iced Tea! read more

Some of the best Thai food I've tried! I recently tried the pork and shrimp dumplings topped with fresh green onions at the Farmer's Market and am so happy I found Grace's Thai Kitchen! The dumplings were delectable!! Piping hot, perfectly seasoned with a dipping sauce that complimented the shrimp/pork filling. I cannot wait to come by the food truck and try all the other menu items! The ladies working were very kind and welcoming! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to be back! Ordered dinner from here tonight. One order of chicken pad Thai mild and my wife loved it. She did say it had a bit of heat, but not too much. I got the drunken noodles with beef hot. Was good flavor and spice level. May try the Thai hot next time. Also the spring rolls were great. Everything tasted very fresh and the best Thai food I have had in the EC/Columbia area. It's nestled in the back of a parking lot - welcoming, fun presentation and seating to eat on the spot. The proprietors were very friendly. I ordered a small spread to try a few things - panang curry, drunken noodle, spring rolls and a Thai ice coffee. Everything was delicious - coffee was properly sweet, spring rolls crispy with little grease, we'll cooked noodles, and the curry sauce was savory. I would recommend (unless super sensitive tongue) go with spicy. I requested medium and added some cayenne later. Drink the coffee fast - the ice waters it quickly. They have good hours (until 8pm) and you can order ahead via their website to avoid any wait. I only waited 10 minutes. I heartedly recommend this new addition to Catonsville. read more

Saw Grace's at the Catonsville Fall Festival this past weekend and everything looked and smelled great (they were also the only food vendor with *any* vegetarian options, so that meant vegetarian Child #1's only choice was here). My family and I got a variety of foods. -We got three chicken skewers ($10), grilled fresh to order - delicious, like a solid satay. Child #2 felt compelled to go over to the cooks and give them a thumbs up for how good it was. -We got two of the vegetable curry puff ($3 each), which were awesome. Nice and flaky crust with a filling of potatoes and other vegetables that had a nice sour tamarind flavor throughout. Would get again. -The vegetable spring rolls were solid. Nothing extraordinary, but good nonetheless. ($6 for three) -The Pad Thai was also pretty decent. It was a bit saucier than most other pad thais that I've had, but I quite liked it. We opted for tofu, but they also had chicken as an option. ($14 per order) -On a whim, we decided to try an order of sticky mango rice ($6). Man, was it good. Creamy and coconutty with a quarter mango chopped up to eat with each bite or on its own. Would absolutely get again. This is probably what bumped them from 4 to 5 stars. Overall, quick and friendly service and the prices can't be beat, especially in this economy. Try out Grace's next time you see them! read more

The worker was not only very patient, helpful, nice, and accommodating but the wait was not bad at all! I ordered chicken pad Thai not spicy (although they can make it spicy) and no peanuts. 10/10! Really delicious! I ordered the pad see ew, veggie spring rolls, and Thai iced coffee online for pickup for a weekday lunch. Online pickup was quick and easy, and the website made it easy to see what was in each dish, as well as the location of the truck that day. The pad see ew was still warm and the noodles still had great texture after driving home, which was great! The portion size was generous and included a nice helping of the protein I selected. The customer service was also really great -- they were super nice, and one touch I thought was extra special was that they waited to add the ice to my drink until I got there to pick it up so it wasn't watered down.
