The plate shown in my pictures most certainly did not contain 9 lamb chops. I would have been better off ordering 3 full entrees instead of the entire rack. 2. The restaurant never disclosed a "large party" fee. Sure its customary to have automatic gratuity applied to a party of "xyz or more" but to charge 20% for a large party ( 3 kids 4 adults) and then top off the 18% gratuity is absolutely poor taste.
