Excellent products! Noodle is freshly made. Some frozen dim sum taste as good as in the restaurant. Price is good. Difficult to find this shop, but parking is easy. Worth my time and $ to go back again!

When you walked into the store, there's not even an acknowledgment of you coming in, not even a greeting if any sort. So we were looking around... then a man come out ( might be the owner?). He was extremely rude!!! Asked us rudely "What do you want?" I was quite taken aback at the tone of his voice & the rudeness that came with the question. I told him that we were looking around... then he said "Don't touch anything" Seriously??? We weren't even touching anything, just looking around. The dried prunes are seriously over priced! Not to mention the atmosphere was not cordial or conducive for buying anything. We walked out of that place. Go to Crystal Mall market & get your dried fruits & prunes, service is friendly.

They now had signs on the wall stating that they would help customers to get the snacks in the box and no touching because the snack boxes were made with glass. If they help customers, they might give customers a little more or less than the amount that the customer request because it was difficult to notice until they weight it. Also, the snacks boxes of the other snacks store like this were made of clear plastic because it is more economical and it is easier to handle for both employees and customers. It is better for them to pack the snacks into individual bags with price tags and put them on the shelf so customers can just get them and pay instead of having an employee to get the snacks from the box and another employee as a cashier and weigh the snacks. It is more efficient for both sides and save both of our time.

Its not very often you go into a store and the workers there actively try not to sell you anything…read more Was in the store yesterday and every time eye contact was made with the one employee on the floor (as I had a question I was going to try and get their attention) she would instantly turn/walk away. at one point it looked like somebody was coming to help but then she also turned away when she got closer.... I don't want to claim racism but it was very hard not to feel this way when actively ignored while trying to receive help whilst every other person who came to the store was nicely greeted and asked if they needed anything. I eventually found what I wanted to buy but decided I didn't want to spend my money in the store. and went to another nearby where the employees were helpful.

My girlfriend and I both commented on the price to the sales associate about the miss understanding but was refused a refund. After trying to reason with the sales associates (2 Older ladies), we decided to directly speak to the manager. We were told he/she was not in on today, so we asked them to phone he/she or give us a contact number. They refused both requests... Some of you may wonder why I am making such a big deal out of so little money.. but the fact is we were scammed and money isnt the issue here. I will be making a formal report with Aberdeen Centre (mall) and calling Consumer Protection BC to see what they can do..

after checking out winners and wandering around lansdowne centre, i was pleasantly surprised to see…read morethat t&t supermarket was open. for some reason i had confused the closure with another richmond location that had permanently shut down, so it was a nice little surprise while walking through the mall. when i stepped inside, several staff were busy unboxing and stocking shelves. carts full of products were waiting to be put out and boxes were stacked along the aisles, giving the sense that the store was getting ready for the evening rush. even with the activity, everything felt organized and easy to navigate. this location is one of the largest t&t stores in canada and it occupies the former target space at lansdowne centre, which makes the layout feel especially open and spacious. the wide aisles stretch across what used to be the big box floor, and the selection is massive. you can find just about everything here, from fresh produce and live seafood to meats, frozen foods, sauces, and pantry staples. the snack aisles alone are worth exploring if you enjoy browsing asian treats and drinks. there are also dedicated counters for deli items and meats, along with a large prepared foods section offering chinese bbq, dim sum, sushi, and hot meals ready to go. it is definitely the kind of place where you might come in for groceries but end up leaving with dinner. unexpectedly, there are even shelves with kbeauty products mixed in with the grocery sections, which adds to the feeling that you never quite know what you might discover while wandering the aisles. after my initial shock to find this t&t is open for business, i remembered i was running dangerously low on coffee. after spotting my favourite instant vietnamese coffee, i ended up grabbing as many boxes as i could carry in my arms. visiting t&t always feels like a different kind of grocery shopping experience. i especially enjoy coming around chinese new year when the store fills with festive decorations and displays, and it becomes the perfect place to pick up things like hello kitty red envelopes. their mooncake displays during the mid autumn festival are also impressive, with rows of beautifully packaged gift boxes ranging from traditional styles to snowy skin and mochi like varieties. overall, this is a great place to explore if you enjoy asian groceries, snacks, and specialty items. with its huge selection and spacious layout, it is easy to lose track of time while browsing, and it is definitely a spot i will keep coming back to whenever i am in the area.

as an anchor tenant at yaohan centre, osaka supermarket really sets the tone for the whole space,…read moreand i love both it and t&t supermarket for how consistently good their selection is. they both have an incredible range that turns a regular grocery run into something closer to a treasure hunt. there's always something seasonal or interesting to find, like the limited ruby red kiwi that's unbelievably sweet and juicy, or mango portuguese tarts from the bakery that balance buttery pastry, custard, and fresh fruit in a way that feels like a small indulgence. the prepared foods and deli sections are a major highlight, with a wide variety of ready to eat meals, including whole fried chicken and other hot items that make it easy to grab something substantial on the go. the bakery sections are equally strong, with fresh daily items that are hard to walk past without stopping. both stores also have k-beauty sections, adding another layer beyond food, skincare and lifestyle products sitting alongside groceries in a way that makes the experience feel closer to a mixed asian market than a standard supermarket. the seafood counters are another standout, especially when live spot prawns are in season, adding that extra sense of freshness and movement to the shopping experience. on top of everything, both also have member rewards program, which just adds to that routine of coming back regularly, especially when there's always something new, seasonal, or unexpectedly good waiting to be discovered.

It was absolutely packed to the brim, but that was to be expected since it was the weekend. Everyone was generally very polite and considerate of everyone around though, which was nice and honestly not very common in American markets. I really appreciated their seafood display. They also had a great variety. Langostino was a really unique item to have at the fish counter! I was absolutely blown away by the pre-made food section. The presentation on their pre-made food made me feel like I was transported to a night market! There were almost too many things to look at.
