    Start by being Honest & Stop placating your potential clients... And Stop Overcharging what the Norm is elsewhere. I mean, I have no problem with making a profit, but charging double or Nearly double per vial/syringe, thats unnecessary & price gouging IMO...

    Advertisement/link

    Booked treatment based on advertising. Advertisement said treatment would be $299. During consult the provider stated treatment would be $299 per vial and that she would recommend 4 in order to get result. Cost went from $299 to $1200. Told provider that advertisement was misleading and elected not to do treatment. I did not trust this establishment based on this experience. Was offered Botox instead. False advertising. Bait and switch. Paid $25 and drove 30 min away to consult based on misleading information. Very bad vibes about this place.

    Hey family yelpers, I want to give a great shout out to this family owned small business and independent woman named Eva. Her and her husband are a great team! They consistently evaluate my week over week progress and understand my desires I would like during my services. I have learned so much as Eva and her staff continue to educate me during my sessions. I met this company through an advertisement on Facebook and I was obsessed with the services immediately after my first appointment. My experiences are better than going to my primary care physician. Eva really shares her vision for your success as a client And she will hold you accountable in order for you to see the success you desire. I feel connected even though I have only know them for a short time. I believe that this is the best way for a successful transition along with helpful tips to jump start my new lifestyle changes that will be successful in the long run when it comes to your overall health & visible appearance.

    After 2 sessions, look at how flat my stomach is??

I called and was able to get a last minute cancellation for my medical appointment with Dr. Geddes-Bruce. She was so kind and thorough and knowledgeable about new and upcoming medicines for treatment, as well as how to get it cheaper through their partner pharmacy, Symphony. The nurse for her was great and competent too. I have to shout out my two girlies at the front- I can't remember their names, but they created such a welcoming environment from the moment I stepped in the front door to when I walked out. Can't wait to go back for my full body skin check- never thought I would say that!

It can be embarrassing pointing out all your skin blemishes but he just casually explains what they are and takes care of them quickly in the office. He usually has a med student with him and is always teaching and explaining. I scheduled an appointment for my son over 1 month in advance with US Dermatology's scheduling service. We showed up for the appointment time/date only to be told by the front office staff that we needed a referral for the appointment. The person said I could reschedule or keep the appointment and pay out of pocket. Since it was US Dermatology's error, I asked her to call my son's pediatrician and get the new referral. She said their policy is for the client to get the referral (had I known I needed a new referral I would have gotten it when the appointment was scheduled {which the scheduling service should have told me to}). Then, she said that the call to the pediatrician would be outside the 15 minute appointment window thus it would not be possible to see Lindsay today anyway (we've never had an on-time appointment (within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment anyway) with a US Dermatology clinician. Surely, they have a policy about being mindful of their client's time. ;-) Poor customer service cost US Dermatology 5 patients, as my family will be moving on to another dermatology practice. What a shame, I really like Lindsay Reck.

    Warning: Missing Shipment and Frustrating Customer Service…read more I've been a customer of The Medspa Austin since June of last year and have spent a total of $3,834 with them. Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.

They got the cars booted for people who were picking their young children up from school and it cost $100. Do not patronize a business that is openly hostile to the community.
