First off both Denise and Tamara are 2 of the most friendly and warmest coordinators I have ever met. They greeted my family and were super fun and respectful of our time. They went over the current packages to meet both my needs and my budget. Which you dont find alot these days. We were going with a Casino night set up and hosting a large number of people. There is alot of parking spaces here at this location which was awesome, as alot of other places i looked into were trying to include a valet service in their fee.:( They have a patio area next to their building and we used both for the casino tables and games. The decor was awesome, they really know how to make everything look fancy and stand out. Got nothing but rave reviews from my guests, and everyone loved how spacious and roomy the area was. Both Denise and Tamara worked with us to make our event a success and they kept in touch the whole way thru. Denise even helped get me a jumpy house for the kids at the last min which saved the day for us to keep the kiddos entertained. If you are planning a event anytime soon, this place is one of the best choices you can make!

They hosted a walkthrough with me, listened to my vision, and genuinely cared about making my shower as perfect as possible. They were both so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When I arrived on the day of my shower, everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it and even better! It was such a relief to be able to walk in and see everything beautifully taken care of. The photo booth is definitely a MUST! I highly recommend going with the "Just Show Up" Package; it was absolutely worth it and made everything so easy. I brought in Stonefire Grill for the food, and everything worked out perfectly! I cannot recommend Venue Valencia enough. I would absolutely host another event here in the future! The staff remained in character throughout the four hours and it ended with a fun playground experience for the kids to blow off steam. The ONLY complaint that I have is that even in March it was super hot. The kids didn't have their water bottles with them on the tour, probably because there was a lot of moving from one station to the next and surely they would have gotten lost. However, there also was very little shade and the poor kids were sweating up a storm. They had a great time but for a place that is so engaging for kids, and a big field trip outing, they should consider more options for drinks as well as shaded areas. They were always just a call or email away, and no matter how many questions or requests we had, they handled everything quickly and with such a positive attitude. Whether it was last-minute adjustments or specific requests, they made it happen without hesitation. The quality, flavor, and presentation were all amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night.
