He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. For transparency, here's the timeline so far: - April 1: Dropped my car off at the shop - Received a text that my car was in the disassembly stage, and they would let me know if any hidden damage was found - April 9: Received a message that hidden damage was found and that I could reach out for more details - Rich updated me on the damages and let me know he would be sending the supplemental estimate to my insurance So far, my experience has been very good.
