A Cold brew with Raspberry, Mocha and Macadamia Milk. The sunrise morning breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. The cinnamon roll. And the banana coffee cake. The banana coffee cake was absolutely amazing. It has the perfect espresso/coffee flavor and the crumble on top was to die for in addition to the moist texture of the banana muffin base. The cold brew was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change anything about any of my food or drinks. I will order again and the same items.

I waited in line while my husband secured a table so we could eat and play the board game we brought with us. I waited in line for 20 minutes until I got to the counter. They had 2 baristas, 1 cashier and a food runner. They all were so nice and were working so hard! They definitely need more staff to accommodate the amount of customers. I ordered the Banana Muffin iced coffee and it was excellent! The banana taste was just right! My husband got the frozen mocha and enjoyed it as well. For food we ordered the chocolate chip banana loaf- it was under cooked very doughy in the middle. We also ordered avocado toast, which was very good, and my husband got the bacon, egg and cheese wrap/ sandwich and he said it was ok. They had plenty of seating options which was great for the crowds of people there, and we had a good time with our coffee.

RUDE EMPLOYEES, RUDE MANAGEMENT, AND TERRIBLE FOOD! If I…read morecould give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE unless you enjoy paying $54 for the same mediocre food you could get for FREE at a hotel breakfast! We are on a FAMILY VACATION and stopped here expecting a decent meal. Instead, we were met with some of the rudest employees and management I have ever encountered. Let me explain. Our party consisted of 4 adults, 3 children between the ages of 3 and 6, and our 1-year-old twins. We needed 7 chairs and 2 high chairs. After ordering our food through the cafeteria line, we headed to the indoor seating area, which was completely EMPTY. An employee had two separate tables with the high chairs placed at the end. I politely asked if we could push the tables together so our entire family could sit together, especially since our twins share food. Her response? They weren't allowed to move the tables because of management. EXCUSE ME?! The entire seating area was empty! I explained that it would have been nice to know that BEFORE we ordered our food. We are on a family vacation, and the last thing we expected was to be treated like an inconvenience for simply wanting our family to sit together. She then proceeded to push the tables together while making a scene, saying she would just "take the heat from management." She also told us that if we wanted to sit together, we should have gone to Sisters Restaurant around the corner because they accommodate larger parties. Are you SERIOUS?! So we're being told to take our business somewhere else because we have children and want to sit together? Absolutely ridiculous! After finally getting the tables together, we began trying to get everyone settled. Keep in mind, we had THREE young children and ONE-YEAR-OLD TWINS to get situated. The employee then had the audacity to tell us our food was going to be cold because we were taking too long to sit down before storming off. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?! A few minutes later, two other employees came back, looked at our tables, and literally HUFFED because they had been pushed together. At this point, I had ENOUGH. I went to ask for someone in charge because the disrespect and unnecessary attitude from the employees were completely unacceptable. And management was somehow EVEN WORSE! As I tried to explain what had happened, the response I received was, "Well, your tables are together, so what's your deal?" MY DEAL?! Your employees have been rude, made snarky comments, told us we should have eaten somewhere else, and made us feel completely unwelcome when we were simply trying to enjoy a meal with our family! When I explained that the employees were continuing to make rude comments and complain about the tables, the manager literally YELLED OUT, "STAY AWAY FROM THAT TABLE!" Not once did anyone apologize. Not once did anyone attempt to make the situation right. Just pure attitude, disrespect, and absolutely ZERO customer service. And let's talk about the FOOD, because after all of that, you would at least hope the food was worth the $54 we spent. IT WAS DISGUSTING! This place claims to serve homemade food, but the eggs tasted like fake, powdered eggs, and the biscuits tasted like frozen biscuits straight out of a package. Honestly, I've had better breakfasts at a FREE hotel continental breakfast! We paid $54 for a meal that was nowhere near worth the money, dealt with employees who acted like we were a burden for simply being there, and received absolutely no apology from management. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, being talked down to by employees, getting yelled at by management, and paying restaurant prices for frozen, low-quality food, then by all means, give this place a try. Otherwise, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Family vacations are meant to be enjoyed, and no family should have to deal with this kind of unnecessary disrespect just to eat a meal together. Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish!

When we're on…read morevacation, we try to visit a new local coffee shop, and this morning we decided to go to The Press. It's located in downtown Panama City and has a good amount of space inside. Immediately upon entering, there is some coffee and merchandise to your right, the ordering counter is straight ahead, and there's plenty of seating throughout the rest of the space. My wife and I were both drawn to their specialty menu, which was extensive and colorful. We both ended up choosing the same pistachio cookie latte, though I went with a large hot version, while my wife opted for a medium iced one. After about a five-minute wait, we had our coffees and headed on our way. My coffee turned out to be quite good. The first thing that hit me was the pistachio flavor, followed by the sweetness from the shortbread, and finally the coffee and milk came through at the finish. While I would have preferred a slightly stronger coffee flavor, I have to admit I basically inhaled it since I really enjoyed the taste. My wife also enjoyed her pistachio latte, and while she usually has quite a bit left by the time we get home, this time it was almost gone which says a lot. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed the vibe of The Press and thought their specials were great as well.
