I was promised that the project would get done in a span of 3-4 months.The website was never completed. I repeatedly requested updates and was told repeatedly that they working hard on getting my project complete. After several more promises of completion, the website and apps were never delivered. On November 20th of 2014, I finally asked for a refund. I was told by Mark that he would review my request and get back to me which he hasn't so far. Mark Treager and Cornerstone Media promise grand ideas but do not follow through. There are three complaints with the Better Business Bureau and I have made the fourth complaint. I have hired an attorney. Please avoid this company at all costs.

This was not a one time occurance - after the 5th time I left. So as an employer they fail. As a web design agency - well the owner wants your money up front but then he doesn't deliver the goods timely. He'll find any reason to blame the customer; even when his own team is on his back to approve designs or to respond to questions he won't do it. If you enter into a contract make sure you are covered. Have all your expectations not just outlined in emails to him but also covered in your contract. If it's specifics like flash or # of pages or images - be very precise or he won't deliver. Anything you discuss up front won't matter if it's in the contract and he won't give it to you. Remember - you always get what you pay for. He will undercut the competition to get the contract, get your money and then 2 to 3 times longer than agreed upon to deliver. He's done it 100% of the time I was on his team. Not sure if this helps but good luck....

She claimed she was a friend of hers and my brother and said she had professional experience with event planning and catering. Since I wasn't familiar with her, I was reluctant to accept her assistance, but she was really eager to help. I then asked her to help with food service for my sister's celebration of life. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. During the service, multiple guests complained about her rude and confrontational attitude. She spoke disrespectfully to attendees, questioning "who raised them" and to move their "nasty hands" when they approached the food table. A family friend was asked to bring food and she removed their food off the serving table and placed it on the floor! This was completely inappropriate for a memorial service where people were grieving. At the end of the event, she took leftover food home despite being hired to provide a service, not attend as a guest. When I respectfully addressed these concerns, I received an extremely hostile and unprofessional response filled with personal attacks and insults. A memorial service requires someone who can serve with compassion, professionalism, and respect for grieving families. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I cannot recommend this service for any event, especially one during a difficult time.
