Absolutely cute small shop in the center of Concord is a woman small own business. A young girl had a dream of only a shop of her own Sunday and this is the shop that she has brought out nothing. It's OK that's a corner of the street right directly across from the Bank of America and it's super cute nice hardwood floors, clean right cheering they carry chocolates from approximately 50 different countries. They also have their own homemade chocolates here of many kinds and shapes and colors. We purchased some handmade peanut butter cups and they are to die for it like the original through the silk when you eat them the chocolate has nograinny to it. It's really everything is wonderful. It's such a wide variety of the chocolate as well as bark. They roasted thiet own nuts every single night so they fresh every single morning, they have chocolate bars they bring cocoa but everywhere really is a cute little shop in center of concord that would be worth coming into. read more

I really love this shop!!! It's very cute, and everyone working there is so nice!! Their dried fruits, nuts, and chocolates are all excellent!! I especially enjoy their peanut butter cups and trail mixes. I'm very sad they discontinued their loyalty program . Also, it's very expensive (which I understand) but I wish I could afford to get more!!! This is a must-visit shop though!! read more

Never in my life will I walk into this store again. My troop sister is visiting from Colorado so we went into this shop while we were strolling through Concord. It was myself my dad and my daughter, so we were just looking around and this woman behind the counter with attitude and Sass and a mean look on her face it says to my friend " is there something I can help you with?" I wish I could apply to him to this text because it was really condescending. At this point my friend and I were standing together she only looked at us and said that. While my dad was doing the same thing and she didn't even acknowledge or ask him anything at all. My dad is a white man, I don't want to make this about race but clearly it was. Because why didn't she talk to my dad that way, we were in the same party but in separate areas,. This has to be the worst first impression for my troop sister. This place is insane...literally any nut and chocolate combination you can think of is here. It's pricey but I think it's worth it. Giant slabs of chocolate, truffles, and bulk nut mixes are kept behind the glass, but they have smaller pieces in gift bags preweighed and ready to be grabbed. We got a fruit mix with red plums; so unique. The chocolate covered berries are going to become my new chocolate staple. You won't regret getting these. Can't wait to go back and more as we got a smaller sample bag for about $5. Also got toffee and macadamia nuts covered in chocolate. This is one place operation; anywhere that ISN'T a chain is always a delight to experience. I believe it's women run and owned which is even better. I have to agree, unfortunately, with the reviewer about their recent rudeness. I also had fine experiences initially -- they always seemed a little on edge or impatient but nothing more. The last time the way they communicated another one of their strict policies was quite rude. It wasn't about the message but the way it was delivered. I hope in the future, for the sake of simply being nice and decent, even if it's just in effort not to lose customers or put off new ones, that they will figure out how to better communicate with their customers. By comparison, Bridgeport chocolate on Newbury Street has incredibly nice staff (and imho better chocolate). Your response to the review is the perfect example of why there is a feeling of the lack of nice interactions with your customer! It is cold and not responding to the actual point. It's not about your policies -- it's about how you communicate with your costumers, whether or not it is related to your store policy. If anything, your policies seem to be working against you having pleasant interactions with customers. But, again, it's not about your policies. A much more typical and sympathetic response would be something like "I'm so sorry you feel that way. We strive to have great customer service experiences ... We hope you come back in again so you can see how great we are, etc" but your response was nowhere close to that. Instead of learning and growing from this, it was defensive and cold. I'm sorry you are unable to provide warmer and more satisfactory experiences for your customers. read more

It was our first time visiting this magical woman-owned small business. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming and made sure all the customer were taken care of. It is the most enchanting, deliciously fragrant, delightful shop. I was so pleased to see a separate accessible entrance and wide lanes for all shoppers. The staff is so knowledgeable about the breadth of variety of chocolates and nuts from all over the world. We loved it here and will be back. This is a must go to place when in the Concord area!! I've been into Gräem a handful of times and always enjoyed the experience. I went today and could feel myself being watched. I thought maybe because I had a backpack. As I was telling my husband how much my Mom would love the store and was taking a video to send to her, I was approached by the owner. In the most accusatory and pretentious way possible she scolded me for the photography. And then scoffed that I didn't see it posted (which I truthfully didn't, it's in small white writing on a glass partition I had my back to.) Regretfully, I still made my purchases but I will never visit this store again or spread the word like I previously have. While I think the rule itself is silly (you're selling chocolate after all) the rude communication is what got me. For a European inspired shop, inspire to be more hospitable. P.S. I hate giving negative reviews but the dark chocolate here is not very dark - it's far too sweet for me. The packaging and presentation of everything in the store is beautiful, and this would be a great place to get a gift for someone. But if you're a true chocoholic and you prefer dark, I would look elsewhere. Update - it won't let me reply to the owner. I purchased a bag of dark chocolate slabs with toffee and nuts. It was marked dark chocolate but nowhere on it is the % cacao marked. I don't recall seeing much chocolate that was marked with the % cacao. read more

What a cute little shop! Graëm has a wonderful selection of chocolates and nuts, with plenty of options for gifts. Their shop is a sophisticated, adult version of candy store, complete with rolling ladder for their wall of chocolate. I picked up a box of chocolates for a friend's birthday as well as some wasabi peanuts. They had adorable gift boxes and the granola looked delicious as well, but it was expensive at $11 for a small bag. I will definitely return to Graëm. read more

Finally had a chance to stop in here since they moved into the former home of the Concord Toy Shop. We had heard it was a candy shop and I suppose that's true enough, but we were very impressed by the wide assortment of nuts and other goodies as well. It's a super good vibe inside with an unmistakably European feel. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The prices were a tad on the pricey side, I guess, but everything in here is quality. Everything. You won't find any tacky, Bazooka Joe, oversized bubble gum packages or 5lb.bags of gummy bears. This is an adult oriented place for those who enjoy wholesome and decedent treats. I dinged them a star for only one reason. There is a sea of plastic in here. Bags and bags upon bags of plastic. Is this fair to the owner of this establishment to be "penalized" for society not yet figuring out a way of dealing with stuff that will probably end up in the ocean or landfill? Perhaps not. I stopped in today to try some of their Greek roasted almonds, which were specifically recommended to me. They were absolutely amazing and completely different than any other almonds I've had-- super flavorful with a unique bite. You really have to try them for yourself! Graem Nuts & Chocolate is such a fun experience with high-end product sourced from around the world. It's clearly European-inspired with large wooden shelves with a real push ladder for snagging product. The register station is antique and just fits the space perfectly. One thing you can also see is the actual nut roaster which is pretty neat, as the backdrop to the nuts. The owner, Nikki is super passionate, friendly and helpful. You can even purchase items for an event, wedding favors, gift baskets etc so it's a great gift spot. My favorite product is the chocolate covered raisins but she has tons of nuts, chocolates and dried fruits. Definitely check this place out, once you go once you'll certainly be back. read more

Love the chocolate here, they make a huge selection of chocolate types (white, milk, dark, etc) and add-ons, like apricot, macadamia nuts, you name it, and formats (bark, chocolate covered, etc)! They also stock different sized packages, perfect for if you want to buy a bunch of different types to try. The chocolate is high quality and tasty. The only downside(?) is that it melts easily, so they don't ship in summer. There's also a small selection of hot chocolate and bars made by other companies. On top of that, the service was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable for the quality! Recommend to anyone who likes chocolate :) read more

As a competitive athlete I consume a lot of nuts as a nutrition source. For years I have been buying bags of nuts from Whole foods. Last October I stopped in at Gräem Nuts and Chocolate in Concord. When you walk into the shop you are immersed in old world charm and authenticity. Approaching the counter you will find a staff eager to help you navigate the many choices. Sometimes it feels impossible to choose from the nuts, dried fruits and chocolates on display! Everything looks so delicious! Although I have my favorites I occasionally try new things just because they look so good and I have never been disappointed. I have now made Gräem my sole source for nuts and dried fruits and stop in to restock my pantry every couple of weeks and my body...and taste buds...love me for it! :-) read more

I'm really not sure how to rate this business, as I wasn't able to try their product. I went in and bought $135 worth of candy as gifts to friends. As I was paying, I asked if I could have a free sample of one of their chocolates. This has been standard practice in all the other candy stores I've frequented. The clerk told me that they stopped that practice during the pandemic. After I left, I thought about her answer. The worst of the pandemic is long gone, but even at its height, what would have been the consequence of giving a free sample to someone who just made a large purchase? The clerks take each individual chocolate and place it into the box that they'll be giving to the customer (she had just placed 30 chocolates into my box). Would there be a health problem in using those same tongs to put a single chocolate on the counter for me? I was disappointed. After all that expense, I didn't feel like paying more to buy a single chocolate for myself. As a result, I can't vouch for the taste of their product, though they certainly looked luscious. I just think that Graem should go back to giving their customers a sample when asked. read more

Beautiful shop. However, quality of malted milk balls was that of a drugstore Whopper malted milk ball. And at $10.95 a pound I would have expected better. And they were slightly stale. The Greek imported chocolate bark was even worse--no chocolate flavor at all. And at $40.95 a pound I would like to taste chocolate. Ridiculous pricing for subpar goods. Good thing I didn't buy the nuts--probably Planters. What a waste of money--don't go. read more
