Way too pricey. Good BBQ but for same price you could get a fine dining experience. Pork and brisket are legit.

best BBQ hands down! I wish they had one closer but we will drive to another state if we have to to get G Que!

I called ahead and was told they were closing early for 4th of July, but they would accept an online order, the customer service person instructed me to leave a note on how to have the coupon applied to my order and I appreciated that. I rolled in there about 10 minutes before they closed and I was greeted wholeheartedly by the nicest manager, who asked my name and was able to show me my order by name! He immediately walked me toward my bagged and ready order and made a point to show me that they had reduced the coupon amount. His smiles and eagerness to provide service was amazing. I can't get over how much I love this Westminster location, and I particularly love their emailing and coupons they give it keeps me coming back again and again and again! read more

Best I've had in Colorado, I spent 4 years in Kansas City and the ribs are on par with Joes Kansas City

Hot damn! Food so good you gotta keep coming back until you try to whole menu and then they pop up with a new item on the menu and you have to jump in that car and follow the smoke! One of my favorite bbq places in Colorado hands down. That damn brisket and those sauces always smack! read more

Best BBQ in the area hands down! Great smoked meat and excellent sides. Our favorites are the lean brisket, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Customer service is also great. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent barbeque. Top quality, great service. Dry rub wings, Brisket, chicken, hot links, Mac and cheese, beans... Dang it's all delicious! read more

Awesome bbq, good atmosphere, great service. Parking is plentiful, menu options are always a nice variety. Highly recommend: dry rub wings, Turkey, mac&cheese, beans, any of the sandwiches read more

Pretty good bbq. Coleslaw was basically cabbage and apple cider vinegar. Some may love that, but it was pretty ok. We were expected to be blown away and it was all just ok. Good iced tea! I always try the ice tea everywhere and this one is fresh brew and delicious. The kids also wanted a scoop of ice cream but they only sold it in pints. Not a big deal but just a heads up. read more

Our family go to bbq place. Always delicious - the ribs and brisket are amazing. The staff is friendly and service is good. Great place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. read more

Great barbecue spot to satisfy that bbq urge. I love the Carolina sandwich and the fries are always really good

They have great 'cue. The sides are pretty good too but they are separate. It doesn't look like much but if you go by the full parking lot you'll stop in. read more

So glad they put a good bbq joint in the area! The menu was perfect size, lots of meats and sides. A friend and I ordered a little bit of everything because we wanted to try it all. The brisket was amazing! I liked that it was a big slab. The wings were probably my favorite though, Smokey and spicy. Soooo satisfied! read more

GQue BBQ Westminster - Barbeque Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

I've been going to GQue for years. The food and the people who work here are consistently a cut above the competition. As someone who eats bbq as a passion, this is definitely on my top 5 places across the country that I've enjoyed. Their sauces are fantastic too! You haven't lived if you haven't had their wings and ribs. They are beyond delightful. I've never had a basic dry rib wing that stood alone like theirs. Most places use sauces to cover the wings, but I never order sauces here because they detract from the mixing flavor of the wing itself. The only problem I've ever had over years of patronage is with their technical support. I had an issue with the app and could not get anyone to help me, even after an in-store manager set clear expectations of what help desk should do to help me out while I was there, they never followed up and acted like he never said anything. After 3 months of effort and pushing for a response, I finally got my issues resolved. I don't expect many people will have an app issue since mine was related to being a customer for so many years. If you don't have to deal with that, there's no better option for a smoked meat, wings, and bbq in the denver area. read more

great bbq and friendly staff. looking forward to the new one opening on 120th and York closer to me.

Every time I've been to the store the food has been excellent. The service is always good to excellent and the establishment is clean and well-kept. read more

Been missing good BBQ since I moved here from Texas. This is the best BBQ I've found in the area, with good sides.

Not only the best BBQ I've had in Colorado, but the sides are amazing. You really can't go wrong with anything here.

I finally went back here after more than 3 years, because their first time it was sorta meh. Today I ordered brisket and pulled pork with baked beans. $13 for all that, so not terrible. Unlike the first time I came in, the pork was properly pulled, and not over-processed by a machine. Though for some strange reason they ruined it with the seasoning they dash on before serving. It just doesn't need that, and to me that's a sign that they think there's not enough flavor in the pork, and frankly I disagree with them. The brisket didn't need it because it had good bark, but so did the pork. Still only 2 BBQ sauces, which is weird for a BBQ restaurant. IDK what it is about some BBQ restaurants, but their floor, like Sugarfire Smoke Shack, is really oily and slippery in spots. But go to Brother's and their floor is always squeaky clean. Not sure how this happens. Anyway... good stuff! Will have to try something else next time. read more

Absolutely incredible! I loved it! I came upon it by accident. I thought it was a Barber Shop! I was tickled to find BBQ RIBS! I tried a little of everything! read more

This is the best BBQ north of Denver. Highly recommend the spare ribs with Topper sauce!!

Friendly staff and great service, will definitely go back. The food was very good, nice quality meats and yummy sauce.

Great barbq! Tried the ribs, pork, sausage, and brisket, along with 4 different sides. All were fantastic! Staff was super friendly! Probably won't even try any other barbq here. read more

I've been meaning to check this place out for a while now. It was well worth it. I ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on it. Turns out apples in slaw is a great addition. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese which was perfectly creamy and well worth it. I can't wait to go back and try other menu items. read more

GQue BBQ Westminster - The Carolina Sandwich - Barbeque Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

Best BBQ in the north end of Denver. Not overly seasoned or sauced, which to me can be a sign of a place that doesn't focus on just cooking the meat properly. These guys get it right every time. read more

Great food and great service. We get the family pack and it is a great deal and delicious everytime

There is new management in the Westminster location. Please swing by to try anything on menu. Each item is a worthy meal. I have gone in three times during last two weeks after boycotting 2 years. Several times I witnessed others being treated poorly. More than once I felt my hard earned money wasn't important enough for former manager. The vibe is more comfortable & enjoyable. The pleasant cashier & the people working diligently behind the meat counter at ease & attentive to orders at same time. Food consistently tasty. My latest visit I ate in store on Sunday afternoon. I met the Assistant Manager. I commented on how well his team works together in a calming, collaborative, & collective manner. His staff, ages from 17 years on up, were unified & all need to be commended for a job well done. I would not hesitate to bring my own mother to G-Que Barbecue if she comes to visit in Colorado. Hurrah for change in staffing as leadership makes all the difference. Good move. read more

Fantastic BBQ! I always keep a lookout for the new weekly specials--they're always fabulous!

Surprisingly good, even by Texas standards. The moist brisket was on point, the lean was a little too dry, and the turkey was delicious too. The spicy BBQ sauce was a good complement, especially for the lean brisket. The bark was pretty thin but tasty. The people were friendly and it was nice to not have to wait in line at all. We sat outside in the shade of a big tree, definitely a treat in the summer coming from Houston. Thanks guys! read more

Love this place!! Green beans are literally to die for!!! All the meat options are so good and come here whenever my family wants bbq. Love the service as well. I had a sleeping baby and new puppy in the car and couldn't get out to get my online order and brought it to my car. I really appreciated that. read more

I'll start off by saying that I'm a Texan, so I'm very biased, and I have a pre-conceived idea of what BBQ is supposed to be. I'll give it to GQue. They at least try. For a chain BBQ joint, it's not bad. I'd put them at about the same level as Dickie's when it comes to food quality. Their sweet tea was on point! It was probably my favorite part. The brisket was ok. It was a little dry, and there wasn't a lot of flavor to it, but it did pick up the sauce well. The turkey was actually better than a lot of places because it was NOT dry at all, but it could've used a little more flavor. The sausage was...sausage...it tasted like everyone else's jalapeño sausage. The sauces were ok. The hot and original sauces tasted pretty much the same, and I'm pretty sure they were grocery store sauce, very generic-tasting. The mustard sauce was decent but was one of those that once you have it on a few things you get sick of it. The Mac & Cheese tasted like it was probably some powdered mix. It was very watery and not very good. The service was good. The girl at the register seemed to have the personality of a fence post, but she got her job done. The people bussing the tables were super nice and attentive. The atmosphere was about what you'd expect in a chain restaurant like this, relaxed but a bit loud. Overall, it wasn't a bad spot to stop for lunch, although a bit expensive. I'll probably stop by again sometime, but it's definitely not a destination. read more

I'm not a huge fan of barbecue and I LOVE this place. A good pulled pork sandwich really gets me.

Omg! So freaking good! My older brother recommended this place and it was even better then I was expecting! Gotta try the ribs and brisket too! read more

We have watched some of Jason's videos and knew when we were in the Denver area we had to stop! Being from St Louis area, we've had some delicious BBQ- this was some of the best ribs we've had! Wings were fantastic! Brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork and had a great bark on it. If we lived closer this would definitely be a regular! read more

If it was based on food alone, I'd give GQue a higher rating but unfortunately, ordering pick up ending up being a big mess! First, I placed my order through Grub Hub, which seemed pretty straight forward. The button was conveniently linked to their Yelp page even but 15 minutes later I got a message that my order had been cancelled. When I called to see what the issue was, I was placed on hold, waited over 5 minutes then finally hung up and when I called back I just kept getting a busy signal. When I finally got a hold of someone, he was apologetic and kind and explained that they were still working out some issues with Grub Hub but that I could use Door Dash. I then had to download the Door Dash app but I was able to place the order and thought everything was good to go. Later, when I showed up to pick up my order, they had no record of it and told me I should have called in to place my order. Ugh! They were able to put it together fairly quick but what a headache! The ribs, brisket and pulled pork were all really good and we LOVED the beans (coleslaw was just okay), but I don't know that I'd go here again. read more

GQue BBQ Westminster - Pulled pork Ribs Coleslaw Baked beans - Barbeque Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

Best mac and cheese in town! We have had their food catered multiple times and always run out of the mac and cheese. If you are dining in I highly recommend the nachos with pulled pork, it is big enough to share and very delicious. During the pandemic, we ordered food for pick up and they were quick and very cautious to make sure everyone stayed at a safe distance. read more
