I called 10 places and got the Quebec run-around (arrogant, frustrating attitudes, maybe we can fix it maybe not!) - calls that inspired zero confidence. I got KSK on the phone and there was a can-do tone of expertise and when I argued with him ( I was wrong ), he was patient and heard me out. He also made some recommendations about upgrades that would boost performance - but didn't push or up sell - he was just being thorough. While I simply needed my PC fixed, power supply and memory replaced - Im pretty sure KSK could install and maintain an IT set up for a 1000 employee office and build a super computer. Sadly the other components of my system would not fit well with the motherboards that could easily be acquired in a timely manner. I was looking at a repair that would take possibly weeks, this for a critically important computer. KSK instead replaced the bios chip on the motherboard. And it cost me a lot less than it would have cost to replace the motherboard! Good luck finding a tech who can and would do that at most other places. Not only that, but both times I have called him with a downed system, he has picked it up within hours, and delivered it fully functional either the same day or the next! Do expect to pay a couple hundred for the job, or more if it requires replacing hardware, etc., but he is definitely worth it, especially with pickup and delivery, and I expect likely not more expensive than most other places that won't give you anywhere near the same level of service.

You do not feel overcrowded or running out of air. Place is clean and well taken care of, nothing is out of place or disorganized. The article we wanted was in stock AND CHEAPER THAN WALMART! The staff were available and helpful, focusing on service. The bad: They push the extra guarantee way too much. The clerk was waiting for us to be done looking around, which made us feel like we were rushed. One person at cash register while there was a lineup of six people waiting. Can't you at least put two people there? Especially when it is a holiday? The place itself is good when you know exactly what you are looking for and you can go in and out quickly. But not quickly enough because you still have to wait at the cash registers.
