She gets the keys to leave and suddenly he's texted the receptionist and he's trying to work something out. Mind you we have been using this shop for over 20 years! That has never been "policy". And what right does he have to hold our vehicle over the weekend. Notice the theme. All this guy wants is money. He'll say anything to get you to leave the vehicle to make a buck. The previous owner was thoughtful, helpful, thorough and timely. This guy is the total opposite and has zero appreciation for long time customers. The mechanics and receptionists are top notch, the owner not so much. Beware of getting anytime other than an oil change.
