The quote was very reasonable. They followed up via sms where we confirmed the day and time and signed the e-contract The team was punctually there at the scheduled time and were absolutely excellent. Completed the work with great efficiency and accuracy within minutes. Excellent quality, speed and value, the magic combination. Couldn't have asked for more. I wanted the team to quote me on new scope while they were there but they couldn't because they were fully booked for another appointment which is perfectly understandable. So tip for customers is to make sure the scope is solid before the appointment. Accomodating surprise scope on site means they risk being late for other customers which they can't do and which I respect a lot! Thank you!

We had already selected our appliances, cabinets, quartz (color palette) and showed him our renderings. I explained I was looking for a simple yet stunning pendent lamp to hang over our dining room table and was considering the ginger black and white pendant lamp by Marset. Glen took the time to sit with us and reviewed our plans and offered his opinion. We were happy to hear he thought the lamp would work. When it arrived we were so pleased. When I was in need of Glen's expertise once again in terms of the approximate placement of the lamp above the dining room table he responded quickly. He took into consideration how the light should shine on the table. Both my husband and I were very happy to work with Glen.
