They adjusted some things, put in some new parts, and told me that they wanted to address the issue in layers because the last thing they wanted to do was replace my panel and for us to still have problems. The 4 man crew arrived exactly at 7AM and began after I ran through things with the foreman, Steve, to find out when we'd be without power. The crew was great and the foreman kept me up to speed at every step of the process. We were without power for just a few hours, a shorter time span than I'd anticipated, and when all was said and done, the issue with the solar installation was eliminated and our previously dead circuits worked again. Within half an hour of completion I got a call from Dave at the ION office to make sure we were happy with the work and assure us that they would have the final plastering done as soon as the inspector signed off on the work.
