I…read morewent in the CarMax app. I was pleasantly surprised at all the cars available and found one that I really liked. I did my credit application and picked the car all in the comfort of my bed. The next day I got a phone call from my salesman Charles and we got the car ordered I wanted. When I felt better I went to the dealership and met Charles Webster. He was awesome!! The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT. Two days later, Charles helped me to find the exact same car with no smoke smell and I was able to exchange it within a week. He was kind,patient and above all went the extra mile!! I will buy my next car from CarMax and Charles!!

If I didn't like it I could return the car. I involved Corporate and the Corporate person told me the General Manager agreed to do the repairs. After speaking in person to the Manager he refused the repairs. Through some base paint on it and said it meets their standards. Wouldn't meant any reasonable persons standards. Their standards must be so low you have to dig them up. Don't believe anything they tell you at CarMax. And Corporate is no help.

Everyday I will give a negative feedback until this problem is directly looked into and I receive half or all compensation of my money back....I bought a used 2021 Mazda on 8-21-24,not a month later I traded that vehicle on 9-23-24 for a 2025 Nissan Kick for less than the value a paid for the used Mazda. Now here's the problem I'm having with this money exchange because of Daniel.If I bought this used vehicle for face value after it had one ower and I paid CASH,wouldn't you think that my warranty would roll over to the new vehicle I purchased as well get the 3 year warranty for the new vehicle without paying extra money for extended warranties. I think having bought two vehicles in a month time with both having a 3 year warranty, which make 6 years,why did Daniel have me to pay out extra amount of money, knowing my warranty from the trade in should have rolled over to the new vehicle..... Let's say this,Daniel took almost 9k from me for a used vehicle in order to get the 2025 and I still had to put out money for warranties that I thought should had been placed from the Mazda.The 2025 was cheaper than the used vehicle and I still had to pay out of pocket for warranties that given when you purchase a vehicle..... Right is right and wrong is why Daniel did to me and I need someone higher up to look into what was done,because I need to be reimburse for the Money that's owed to me.... If you buy a car from here,please don't ever do business with Daniel,because he's a financer who will use you and get over on you,without you knowing it until you look at your paperwork and money trail.....Bad Business!!!! When they finally came to get the car they still wanted me to pay for it. Of course I refused to pay for a lemon. Now they are garnishing my wages for a no good vehicle that I don't have. They said I should be contacted by my dealership (JD Byrider) no later than March for the repair. It is now May & needless to say, no one has reached out or even looked at it. & my car has been with their mechanics for a oil change. The part on my car that's under recall makes the stall in the gears, misread the gas & cut off while driving. So I was on highway 55 in rush hour traffic & my car turn off, causing me to be hit from behind! Who's in fault? JD Byrider refuse to fix the problem & I would NEVER get another car from them again! I will never suggest that anyone get a car from them. I've had 2 cars with them in the last 4 year & never been late on a payment. So when my pay week changed, I asked could I change the day I pay (you know since they go by when you get paid) & they told me no. So now I get harassing phone calls the week before I get paid like I can pull $215 out my ass! But when it comes to repairing & replacing the part that's under recall, I have to pay for it. As well as the damage due to being hit cause my car stop in the middle of a busy highway. If I didn't care about my credit, they could have this car back & make this someone else's problem. Luckily I wasn't killed in the accident & can come tell everyone who reads this to save your money & time.....& go get a car somewhere else.

    I came to the Acura dealership this morning because my tire pressure is low and it's been almost a…read moreyear and they haven't fixed the sensor on my car or returned my numerous phone calls. Today I asked for a manager and the guy name Chris was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. He told me Alonzo is the manager but if it's about my car I need to talk to them So I preceded to tell him about the sensor problem with no return phone calls and I told him I have had my Acura a very long time and never been unhappy until now , I also told him I leave good reviews but since he has an attitude I would not give you all a good reviews manly because of everything thats been going on and he preceded to tell me he do not care do it. There was a white customer in the lobby and all of this was said in front of them which is very poor customer service and very un professional. As I was walking to the waiting area he made the remark these people around here keep bankers hours. I have never in my life of dealing with you all since 2018 had anyone to be that rude to me. I love my Acura MDX hybrid, I barely have a little on 60,000 miles and I take good care of my car and have all my work done with you. I just think it's very unprofessional to be rude, have poor customer service, and do not return phone calls to customers all I want is my car fix and my front sensor to work and if you can't fix it please seek help. I do not like to leave a bad review but sometimes nice people like me get tired of the rudeness and very poor customer service.

    Brought my car in for 2 recalls and mentioned that some lights on my dash were on. He told me what…read moreit could most likely be and I said I did not want to replace that part. During the recall repair my car was damaged and I was told I needed to pick up a loaner car. This was after waiting all day and receiving NO notification from my service advisor- I finally called them. When I got to the dealership the loaner had a crack straight across the windshield which made it unsafe to drive so I refused it and then had to wait on another one (2 hours). The following day I still received NO communication with my service advisor and had to call after 4 pm to check on the repairs. I finally returned to the dealership 2 days later to get my vehicle and they charged me $150 for diagnostic fee. When I asked what it was they said for when the technician looked at the lights on the dash. I originally brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls, which were to take 5 hours (per my advisor). Two days later I receive my car back WITH a bill. Terrible service. DO BETTER ACURA!
