Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. The cabin air filter was packed with debris, there was still trash left in the bed of the truck, the doors creaked badly every time they were opened, and multiple interior cabin lights were burned out. These are not major repairs--they are basic details that should have been addressed before handing the keys to a customer. What is most disappointing is that it felt like the level of care and attention ended the moment the sale was finalized. The vehicle I received was not the vehicle I was promised, and the dealership's lack of follow-through left a poor impression. My sales representative was excellent and did a great job throughout the process, but the overall ownership and delivery experience was disappointing and fell well short of expectations.
