That wasn't an issue for us, though. Where we sat in the back, we got to watch them prepare the cocktails. The place was busy but our server kept checking on us. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. The entrees took a bit longer, but the timing was still reasonable. I got a noodle dish which was quite good. The portion was reasonable and I finished it. I think both the others in our party got soup-noodle combinations which they also liked. The place appeared to be a family-run business (potentially). The staff managed the crowd well.
