She made the planning process so easy and stress free for us. She worked with our budget and found us affordable vendors who did an amazing job as well. She took our vision and made it a reality. We rented our decor through her which took off the stress of having to deal with disposing of a bunch of wedding decor after the event. The day of the wedding, the decor was absolutely beautiful and she and her team coordinated everything so perfectly that if anything went wrong, no one knew. She seemed very professional, friendly, and helpful that's why me and my now husband decided to hire her...BIG MISTAKE AND BIG WASTE OF MONEY! She charged us $1000 to coordinate our wedding the "Day Of" (Note- the contract states that the "Day Of package" starts 8-6 weeks before the wedding)...Well, our wedding was 3 weeks away and I had to contact her to remind her about my wedding! Once I did that, we set up an appointment to discuss wedding details. Now, the day of the appointment she was few minutes late (which I hated because I had my 3 month old baby with me and I was on a schedule to feed him). Plus, I just hated the fact that she was late! In my opinion wedding coordinators are like real estate agents, they need to arrive before the client does! At the end of the appointment she told me that "everything was on her hands now and that everything would be less stressful for me." Well, complete lies! Vendors were still contacting me and I still had to deal with a lot of stuff. When I asked her if she had contacted all the vendors, she told me she was "too busy" and that she "would do it soon." I mean, my wedding was around the corner and she was "too busy" to do the things I hired for! The day of the rehearsal we were supposed to meet 30 mins before anyone would get there to discuss about the decorations she was going to set up. Well, once again she was LATE! She got there when everyone else did, so we couldn't talk freely. Also, that day she brought her assistant because she had other "things to do," and her assistant took over our rehearsal. I paid her to be there, and she only showed up for 10 mins! The day of the wedding she was there, but from what I heard and saw she did very little. I actually think the venue coordinator did more for us (bringing us food and drinks, making sure we were comfortable, etc) than Grace. Not to mention that my husband told me that at the end of the event, him and his best man (wearing their tuxedos) were cleaning the venue and bridal room because she wasn't doing it! Something we paid for! To end this review, Grace completely disappointed me and my husband. We were not happy with her business and we felt like it was a waste of money. The funny part is that if you go to her instagram page @gracefulgatherings she reposted our wedding video making it seem like she did a great job, when in fact she was the worst vendor we had. So I'm hoping she removes our video from her page because we do not recommend her at all!

She took the time to collaborate with us on a menu that fit our specific needs and dietary restrictions, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that made the planning process feel seamless. On the day of the event, her team arrived exactly on time and handled everything with such professionalism. They provided a fantastic service experience from start to finish -- not only setting everything up beautifully, but also taking care of pickup and cleanup afterward, which allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration with our guests. The food was not only absolutely delicious, but it was also presented beautifully -- they even brought gorgeous flowers that made the whole setup feel extra special. Our friends and family couldn't stop raving about the food, and people were literally fighting over the leftovers by the end of the shower! While I chose to plan and organize the bulk of my wedding, Lisa was an incredible asset to have along the way. Where she saved me was the days leading up to my wedding. Not only did she help me switch venues two days before my wedding due to rain, she stepped in and decorated, set up, organized and managed the venue and all of the decor, florals, vendors and people flawlessly! She decorated my venue so much better and more beautifully than I could have planned. I trusted her so much I just sold her to go for it and set it up as I knew she knows best. She was a great support system and manager. You don't want to have to do anything the day before and day of your wedding, not set up, no clean, not stress, not plan, nothing. She will handle it for you.

From our very first meeting with LIsa and Ryan, we knew we had found our ideal match. The plan and checklists that they have created in making sure all the big and small details are completed in a appropriate and timely manor leading up to the day were invaluable. Being a very type A person, giving away control 1 month out from the biggest day of our lives was something I thought we would struggle with, and it couldn't have been more of the opposite. Both Lisa and Ryan are very good at what they do, they know what works and what doesn't and made sure to work side by side with us the entire time. We even had moments where we saw things differently and they had no problem speaking up during those times. We really appreciated that as we didn't always need a "yes" person around us. They have planned many a event and will work through all the bumps in the road to make sure that our day was perfect.. and it was. They responded to our questions and requests quickly and the necessary advice for a first-time bride and groom. They handled all of the vendor challenges and always had our best interest in mind. The day of event was more than we could have asked for and, if there were a few issues, we were unaware due to their professionalism and attention to every detail. The small things during the ceremony and reception were the best and left us to concentrate on our wedding and nothing else. Ryan and Lisa are the best, and the only option you should consider!
