The Staines High Street Branch has been there since the late 1970s and had a complete refurbishment under a decade ago when the company updated its branding. The service is quick, if there is a problem it is resolved quickly and they give complimentary ketchup unlike some McDonald's locations. Plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. The prices have gone up considerably however with a voucher such as the 1.99 GBP WH Smith voucher promotion it becomes a more viable proposition.
