The service was great as soon as we sat they helped us out quick and were very friendly.. the beer selections were great! As you enter you can seat yourself as well which is cool! Tables are up for grabs as you enter as well. There was a cool souvenir shop right next door with some cool merch a bit on the pricier side but they had some cool items and t-shirts. We enjoyed our beer and just relaxing before having to board our cruise again. Would def come back if we are ever in Alaska again.

Ambiance was warm and inviting. And, right next door is their Alaskan Brewing Co Public House where you can sit down, try a beer or two, and some food!

It was peak lunch time and the advice from the cruise was apt in that it wasn't difficult to get a table. Between both buildings, they do have plenty of seating, which is a mix of bar sitting and high-top tables. I really do like the vibe of the building as it does have that relaxed, pub feel. Definitely better than waiting in line elsewhere. Of course, we did try some food and the king crab. Just opted for one pound and that was more than we needed to get our fix. It was succulent and delicious and if you are like us where you just want to try it, 1 pound for 2 people is just fine given the price ($99 a pound(!), which is cheaper than the more touristy places). We topped it off with a side of the delicious fries (Beer Cheese Hop Salt Fries) and a few pints, it made for quite the perfect afternoon in Juneau. So if you are looking to get in your King Crab fix and not break the bank, while also finding a place a bit more relaxed, highly recommend the Alaskan Brewing Public House.

I wondered to the front of the store and inquired with the employee who was working the self checkout registers - her answer was " we only have the big ones." I said that would be fine, what generation antenna comes with the kit? She didn't answer, so I asked if there was somebody in the store that could answer the question - she said "not up here." I contacted the shipper insurance, the collect the statue and shipping contents, and Mt. Juneau Trading Company is no longer taking my calls. UPS says they settled the matter with Mt. Juneau Trading Company, and that I should call them for a solution. They are now not taking my calls. I was on a cruiseship and am also considering contacting the cruise ship company to lodge a complaint about Mt. Juneau Trading Company's business practices. I seek a refund or replacement. My calls are NO LONGER being answered. I expressed concern when I purchased the statue, about it breaking during shipping and KYLE TRIPP assured me it would arrive unbroken.
