I was with another ISP, I won't say their name but the initials are RBB. The difference is like night and day. Not only in the support and service but the quality of the internet service and speed. We can have two or three TV's streaming shows and someone playing online games at the same time and hardly notice any slow downs. Try them out. I honestly don't think you will find a better ISP in our area. Even if you are getting DSL, you might check them out. I am that pleased with them so far.
