I suspect something went seriously wrong with their attempt to monitor usage and no longer provide unlimited. An email to existing customers would be great seeing how no one answers the phone, they don't return messages and the online "contact us" form doesn't submit... how convenient. Hope they are planning to give impacted customers a credit for lost service.

At first they had an automated answering service answering the phone and what puts you in queue to be called back but that never happened for three days. Called several times over and over. Send multiple e-mails no response now phone just rings busy all the time. Took my money and sent the router anyway and he does not even work. Now I will have to try to deal with my credit card company. Stay away these people at all cost, they are crooks ! worst company ever !!!
