The staff was nice, while clearly following their training step by step. I went in to ask for current offers on the S Ultra. Instead, I was offered a new Android Tablet, an iPad, a Samsung Watch, Home Internet services, all while listening to Reggaeton "music" with the nastiest lyrics I had heard in some time. There was no place to sit while waiting. And since the employees are in "scared salesmen" automatic pilot, I couldn't leave fast enough. I remember when customer service was more important than pushing a product no one wants or needs. read more

Stopped by to get some information regarding my account. To my surprise, the story is completely closed for the day. Unable to tell if they have closed this location for good or not - There is no sign on the door. The pink lights in the inside are still on, but no sign of closure nor hours of operation on the windows. read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Seagoville, Texas

Don't waste your time coming to this T-Mobile store. The sales rep's are just horrible and don't know what they are doing and need more training. I came in to trade in my iPhone for the new one. Once I got there took my phone out the case and notice it was cracked no problem got it fixed to come back for them to say they wouldn't take it. But iPhone was fixed by APPLE. So I went to another T-Mobile where I was assisted with a smile and no issue with my iPhone for a trade in. Love my new phone no thanks to this store so no I won't be coming back and if you are reading this I don't advise you to either. read more

I love T-mobile, and usually the customer service is awesome over the phone and in the stores, but I called this store to ask about phone availability and even though I got my answer, her tone was like a "bothered" attitude. Not friendly at all. So I come to the store to buy the phone, and lucky me, I get her to handle my purchase and adding a new line. Based on the contract docs, her name is Sonya (sales rep#**575) and she gave me the whole bothered attitude through out the whole transaction. Every question I asked, same tone. I'm really disappointed at the customer service of this location. Doesn't seem she likes working there. read more

Worst customer service ever! Will never step foot in that store again. Horrible! Went in to get my manufacture warranty replacement was told my warranty was void because the lens had a crack. It wasn't cracked. Had to go to another T-Mobile and was assisted with the replacement. As the other T-Mobile said there is no damage. They are were just being JERKS! read more
